    Backyard Fence Removal and Replacement

    This is the second project that Lui has done for us and both were of excellent quality, on time and finished as scheduled. This project was a backyard fence replacement as shown in the photo which was extremely difficult due to the trees and plants already in place. Lui and his team worked around this with great care and did not damage any of the plants and trees. In doing this, they still got the job done on time and also, constructed a very good quality fence. One of the things I like the most about working with Lui is the communication, as he is very good at discussing plans and changes as necessary, and does so "before" he does the work, rather than after when it cannot be changed. As a result, you get what you want with no surprises. I would highly recommend Lui and his company and would work with them again. I would highly recommend Luis and this company as they do great work, show up on time as promised, and finish on time.

    Deck and landscaping

    Lui came and reviewed the location Three day after he send me the cost. After we agreed he let me know the day the work would start He is very punctual. They were able to maintain the time line we had agreed upon signing He also is very thoughtful and proposes solutions when needed I will use them in the future and I would recommend this contractor to other homeowners

    Honest hard-working skilled carpenters

    Luis and his co-worker, Edmund, were wonderful: efficient, skilled, good-natured. The backyard fence went up quickly and it looks beautiful. I highly recommend Luis and his company for fencing and deck work.

    Beautiful Wood Fence in 2 days!

    EC Vargas Landscaping did an excellent job building our wood fence. We had a very old tree and they were incredibly respectful of nature and our neighbours. The work was completed fast and they left the space clean. Would recommend 10/10!

    Fence - residential

    Lui and his team did a great job on our solidly constructed fence. Explained all steps and was receptive to changes along the way. Very easy to communicate with and reliable - showed up as promised. Price was very competitive with other contractors. Would strongly recommend them.

    Beautiful Custom Made Shed

    Luis and Edmond were very professional from start to finish. My mom had been wanting to replace the old shed my dad had built 40 years ago. It's difficult to find a contractor who my mom would feel comfortable with so we've been putting this project off for many years. Thankfully Luis contacted me after I submitted the project to homestars. My mom is happy with her new shed with shelves and 2 windows. The fence was also extended to the back. The workmanship is amazing. I highly recommend this company. Not only is the quality if work great but also the communication and honesty is much appreciated.

    Landscaping

    Luis and Edmond were very professional but also very personable. The garden had not been properly maintained and they did a rehaul with lots of digging,weeding, new topsoil and mulch, and replanting. We love the results! They also replaced the stairs leading down to the gardens. I would not hesitate to recommend Luis and Edmond.

    Professional team
