    Lead Pipe Replacement and Back Water Valve Install

    Serghiy and his team were awesome. Communicated all quoets and work clearly, showed up promptly to do the work and left my house clean and in the shape it was before they came. They also helped taking care of the paperwork to get the reimbursement for the back water valve install.. all I had to do was sign the form, put it in an envelope and mail it out. Would definitely recommend.

    Replacing 3 Toilets

    Serhiy & Mike were very friendly and efficient in getting 3 toilets replaced. They didn't mind providing tips as well when I had questions regarding the installation process. I found them to be very professional and courteous. Definitely will recommend them!

    Underpinning, Drainage and Plumbing

    Sergei and his team have done a big job in our house: Underpinning, drainage, sum pump,back-flow valve installation and plumbing. We are very pleased with all aspects of our experience with Tornado Plumbing. From ease of scheduling to communicating with the company and the plumbers assigned to our project the experience was prompt and professional.     Backwater valve installation, sump pump installation , sewer drain cleaning

    OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

    OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I highly recommend Tornado Plumbing and Drains. I had a backwater valve installed as well as a new toilet. My work was completed in a timely fashion at a VERY reasonable price. Serhiy, Michael and their team were extremely neat, courteous, and efficient. They were very helpful and went over and above what was required of them...at no extra charge. In a world of mediocrity, Excellence is rare. EXCELLENCE means doing everything you are supposed to, and a little bit more. TORNADO PLUMBING AND DRAINS IS THE DEFINITION OF EXCELLENCE! I highly recommend them, in fact I already have. Thanks for a job VERY well done!!

    Waterproofing my home

    Tornado Plumbing and Drain waterproofed my basement in (better than) a good and workmanlike manner. Sergey gave me a fair estimate and there were no additional charges.     Backflow valve install & sewer pipes replacement

    Sergey and his team installed a backflow valve and replaced our basement sewer pipes. We are very happy with the quality of the work and interactions with the team. They quickly identified the issues, explained the pros and cons of the various options and gave us time to decide on the work we were comfortable doing. As they worked, they also identified and offered to correct other plumbing issues. The team cleaned up everything before leaving each night. They also took care of the paperwork to get the reimbursement for the backflow valve install. A++

    Sewage back up

    I had a sewage back up coming from the floor drain so I called Tornado Plumbing right away, as Serhiy had come out first in April to snake and camera the work. At the time he did assure me that the root of the problem (pun intended) is the tree roots from my front lawn creating havoc. By snaking it did solve the immediate problem but told me, they will grow back. He recommended to fully fix the problem, was to replace the clay and broken pipes. Sure enough, less than 2 months later, I trusted nobody else than Serhiy to fix this. He and his guys were ready to begin right away. They were punctual, laid down clothes to minimal dirt and covered everything to avoid dust. Serhiy explained step by step the work required. I decided to install a back water valve since they were breaking concrete anyway. Serhiy got a city permit quickly, even in COVID times. They were fast, efficient and took pride in their work, and it showed. I was very happy with everything and trust nobody but Tornado Plumbing for any huge jobs and small ones too. Thank you so much, it gives me peace of mind, and for any future jobs, I have you on speed dial.

    The Best Plumbing Service I Have Ever Used

    I requested new piping under my sink as well as unclogging services. Both were quoted to me as a fixed price. The piping was done very quickly, but the project went sideways with the clog, as the original plumbers who built my house did a very poor job in its construction, causing a lot of issues. Despite it taking Tornado plumbing almost 2 hours to unclog my kitchen drain, they still charged me the same price, and at a significantly lower price than other places I asked for quotes. The best part is that they are unbelievably nice, explained the process, what the problem with the piping is (and why we need to replace it), etc. etc. I'm glad I found them because now they're my go-to plumbers.

    Replace old taps and shutoff valves

    We’ve been putting up with minor issues due to our aging plumbing fixtures for years (leaving plastic basins under taps to collect dripping water etc, etc.) and finally decided to do replace and modernize the faulty parts. Although this amounted to a handful of small jobs, we could not have made a better choice than Tornado Plumbing. Yuri is an absolute professional: impeccable finished work looks beautiful and clean. He took the rare extra time to make sure everything was just right before leaving. On top of that, he is a nice guy, and dealing with him was straightforward and pleasant, without the b. s. or bravado that one may encounter these days. Highly recommend and look forward to the next job.
