Knowledgeable, Honest, Fair Plumbing Company
Sergey originally came to clear a clog in our drain which ended up being a bigger job than anticipated. He had to come back a second time with a longer snake and camera in order to completely the clear the drain. He was very fair and charged less than he had quoted for the second visit. While he was here we asked him to look at our 2 year old sump pump supplied by our builder which had not been running well. He told us it was not a good quality one and gave us a quote to replace it. We were so impressed with his knowledge and work ethic that we had him come back to replace it. Again, he charged us less than he had quoted because it didn't take him as long as he had anticipated to do the job. He left the jobsite clean and the new pump is running beautifully. I highly recommend Tornado Plumbing and will refer them to family and friends

Honest and Relaible Company
We had a leak in our basement and got a quote from PRECISE PLUMBING-BAD COMPANY for $2500.00. They said we had grease in our pipes and we would have to dig up the floor..... We wanted to get a second quote and called Tornado! THANK GOD WE DID!!!!! Troy came out and took a look and told us there was NO clog and did not have grease in our pipes and figured out exactly where the water was coming from and fixed the problem! We save over $2000!!! SO HAPPY! LOVE TORNADO! LOVE TROY!!! GREAT COMPANY

Simple projects
I needed a leaking pipe fixed under my sink and later I needed a gasket put under my toilet. All really simple jobs but what impressed me is how quickly Sergi answered my text message and then came to provide service. I sent pictures to him in advance with the leaking pipe so he was able to bring all the right things with him. He gave me a quote in advance so I knew exactly what the cost would be. He is professional, clean, trustworthy, polite, and good. Honestly it is just what you want. I am completely satisfied with the service he provides and I wouldn't use anyone else.

Main Sewage Drain Replacement
Serhiy and his team were professional, efficient and completed this major job within a 9-5 time frame. They left the work area clean and as it was before they started. Very cost competitive. Tornado plumbing does great work !!

Clearing of interior and exterior roots clogged sewage pipes and clean out installation
Unable to clear ground floor overflowing toilet led to a call for professional plumbers. Sergiey from Tornado Plumbing & Drains, identified the problem very quickly and as it turned out roots almost completely blocked sewage stack in the basement. After several attempts with auger they cleared the roots and replaced corroded cast iron stack with new PVC pipe. Unfortunately that was only the first step. After further inspection it turned out that most likely also there was a blockage outside in the connection to the City sewage system. Regrettably outside there was only existing breather pipe, which did not allow for removal of the obstruction. Next day Sergiey excavated the existing breather pipe and replaced it with proper clean out allowing future access to clear the exterior connection. In the process he pulled out very large ''snake'' made of roots that was clogging City part of the sewage connection. Sergei was very courteous explained every step needed to remediate the problem. All work was done promptly in very professional manner. Site preparation and cleanup was exemplary. I would recommend Tornado Plumbing & Drains without hesitation.

Commercial catch basin and line cleaning/maintenance
Had 2 slow draining catch basins in a commercial parking lot. Haven't had to dealt with this issue for many years so went out to get some quotes. After getting in contact with quite a few contractors and getting a feel for the market and what I should expect and at what cost I decided on going with Tornado Plumbing. Serhiy from Tornado plumbing is very professional. Listened to what was asked of him. He did not try to up sell me. He told me straight up what he could do - no nonsense. Throughout the job, Serhiy explained to me step by step what he was going to do. How he was going to Clean the basin and then hydro wash the lines. The equipment he used to clean the sewage lines was over 2x more powerful than his competitors who quoted me which was reassuring (3k psi vs 1.2k psi). At the end of the job I was shown to an extremely clean basin and a cameras eye look into my lines. I was satisfied with the result. Paid and thanked him and his partner for a job well done. I will definitely hire Tornado Plumbing again. I definitely recommend Tornado Plumbing. Great job! Thanks again!

Excellent service every time!
I had my bungalow waterproofed few years ago by Tornado Plumbing. They excavated all around the house, replaced the weeping tile, and installed waterproofing membrane in just four days. This time I called them to replace my clay drain underneath the house. As expected they did excellent job. Serhiy and Yuriy are experienced and knowledgeable. They worked hard to connect the drain the same day, so we can use water. Easy going and fun to talk to, I think of them more as friends rather than contractors.

Backflow valve installation
We had problems with roots in our pipes a year ago and had Tornado come in to snake the line. They recommended replacing the small amount of tile still in the system and installing a backflow valve. We finally got around to doing it earlier this month. Tornado was quick to respond to our query and get the job done. They honoured the quote from the previous year. They completed the job in a timely manner, cleaned the area, arranged the inspection, and helped with the paperwork. We are very satisfied.

Exterior and interior Waterpoofing
From first contact for an estimate to the end of our project Tornado Plumbing hands down is the best customer service experience we have had for our house maintenance issues. Not only great customer service but also that feeling of legitimate interest and honesty. We wanted to get our basement renovated but felt we should address some water seepage issues we have had in the past so we obtained quotes from several companies. Serhiy came the same day and provided written quotes for each of the options we discussed shortly thereafter. Quotes were very competitive, clear and detailed. Our exterior had issues such as big shrubs and boulders to deal with and move. Wasyl and Bohdan showed up as scheduled and covered the walkway and other areas near the excavation with protective board and padding! They provided updates and showed us any issues they "uncovered". Serhiy came by to assess and provide solutions which we appreciated. Our weeping tiles were full of sand and roots so this waterproofing was a must! We appreciated the attention to detail and service so much that we decided to have the other side of our foundation waterproofed as well. Serhiy was able to fit us in and the entire job was completed within 5 days. Oh, and they replanted our smaller bushes and shrubs and put our boulders back as well!! We were so comfortable and impressed with Tornado that we got them to do inside plumbing jobs as well. Needless to say we highly recommend Tornado Plumbing and will definitely contact them for any future projects. Thanks Serhiy!
