Laundry Renovation
Absolute pleasure working with Serhiy. He was professional, polite and detail oriented. Answered all my questions and his crew was very efficient. The work was very well done and there attention to detail was excellent. They take great pride in their work which was reflected in the quality of the work they did. It was great working with them.

Excavation and plumbing repair
I have never had a better experience than with Tornado Plumbing. I was facing a true emergency, and Tornado Plumbing really saved the day! With their quick response and expertise, they were able to excavate and repair my home's plumbing in less than 24 hours - before any additional damage had a chance to occur. They saved me at least 10k in repairs to my basement by responding to the problem quickly. Highly recommend and will certainly use again. Thank you, you guys are amazing!

Sewer drain replacement and a back water valve
When we have decided to finally replace that antique clay sewer drain in our older house we knew exactly who we need to contact - Tornado Plumbing. We had a few plumbing projects completed by them in a past and were very satisfied with their price and a highest level of services. We contacted Serhiy and he responded promptly and arrived the next day for the estimate and provided a very detailed explanation of what needs to be done. The next day the job started and it took a few days to get completed. The project consisted of replacing the sewer drain and installing a back water valve. Everything was completed on time and both our front yard and a basement were left very clean. Upon completion of the job Serhyi came back and explained the service details for a new valve and also helped us to fill the paperwork for the city rebate. All in all the Tornado service was five stars out of five, we were very satisfied and would not hesitate to hire Serhiy and his team any time again.

Yes we were doing 1 service unclogging the blocked drain with the roots,but that was just a temporary fix like we told you when the roots are in the drain (clay pipe which one is not seal at all,down the road we have to replace) drain replacement is the permanent fix with pvc pipe,the tree roots couldn't grow inside and back water valve will protect your house from Main Street overflow (main drain) + rebate helps to cover some expenses for work. Sump pump
I woke up to a sump pump that wouldn’t turn off so I called Tornado Plumbing and Drain for service They arrived the same day and replaced my old sump pump with a current model . Everything was cleaned and serviced and I have no worries Thank you again for the great customer service , very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely call Tornado again

Install shower drain in basement, rough-in for toilet, reposition water for new vanity & re-do plumbing in laundry room.
Excellent work! I have already referred their services to a family member. Serhiy is a master plumber & made some great suggestions that we hadn’t even thought of. I would highly recommend & pricing was very competitive.

Foundation crack
I discovered a leak in my basement. My son-in-law recommends this company to me. They had someone come out to assess the situation the next day. When they came to do the work they arrived at the agreed time. The men were very professional and it was clear they took pride in their work. They exceeded my expectations in regards to minimizing the the mess in their workspace. I was very happy with them and I am glad I had them do the work.

added a new plumbing line
Serhiy came promptly to do a quote - and kept me up to date when his job was running a bit late so I knew when to expect him. He was knowledgeable and offered suggestions for upgrading my plumbing even knowing that would only be at a later date. Showed up to do the work, cleaned up, charged what he said. It was great - especially appreciated since it was a small job.

Waterproof and sump pump
The crew is doing great, the house base contains quite amount of bricks and wastes, they didn’t complains and just get the job done well. The sump pump installation is also done perfectly within a day. I am pretty satisfied with the job they did and would like to recommend to anyone who want to do the waterproofing and sump pump.

We know how to waterproof perfect the foundation wall with the high quality of material and the best installation of the sump pump,even in the living room you will never know there is sump pump Of course needs a little bit of cosmetic work (repair floor,or make with laminate a penal cower ) but take a look is flash with the concrete,the pipe 1/2 inch is not sticky from the pit!!! Also really important finishing of the work,we brought extra soil to make a slope from the house!! Thanks again Sergey

Clogged pipes, leading to toilet issues
Quick, efficient diagnostic service--solved the problem by snaking the toilet drain and used a camera to identify further troubles. Will recommend this company to all of my family and friends as they are the best I have ever had!!

Best quote and quickest service. Great Master Plumber
After the recent wild deep freeze/thaw we had in the GTA, we had a burst pipe in our basement. After calling around a number of plumbers and checking reviews, Tornado not only gave me the lowest quote, but more importantly, was the only one able to come do the job within a couple of hours. Sergey drove across the city so that I wouldn't have to wait till the next day with my water shut off. He updated me when he was a little delayed (appreciated this), and was clean and meticulous while he completed the job. He was great to talk to, gave tips on things he saw and generally put me at ease during a stressful situation. All in all, i'm 100% satisfied with him and am glad to have found a good reliable plumber if needed in the future.
