New drain, new water line, waterproofing and back up prevention valve
Tornado Plumbing was doing work near my home and I needed some renovation work done. I called Serhiy to give me an estimate and I found their price reasonable. The crew came to the house, replaced the drain and waterlines without digging up my front yard. Inside drains were replaced and floor drains put in. Lastly, the interior waterproofing and sump pump were done and my basement doesn't leak any more. I couldn't have all the work done at once, but each time the crew came to do another job for me they were friendly and what was very important for me they always were in time and all work went as scheduled The work Tornado Plumbing did was thorough, and they cleaned up after. As a contractor myself, I have recommended Tornado Plumbing to my own customers for big jobs like this, and they've also been happy with the work done.

Bathroom Renovation
We had 3 quotes for re-modernizing our Bathroom and decided to go with Tornado Plumbing. Few reasons ... Sergey "honoured" his appointment, his approach was very professional, friendly, honest and straightforward. His advice was also solid, not geared for making the fast buck as so many contractors do. His crew arrived on time. Their work was completed on time, well done and to our satisfaction. The clean up job they did after completing the work was also very impressive. We were very satisfied and grateful that we picked Tornado Plumbing for our project. I will recommend and hire them again without hesitation. Thank you Sergey (and his Team) for a job well done.

Plumbing
We had leakages originating from the upstairs bathroom fixtures ie. bath tub, toilet and faucet. All of which caused water damage to the kitchen ceiling downstairs. Sergei and Yuri were extremely prossional and a pleasure to deal with. Their work was A+ and I would strongly recommend their services.

Kitchen and Laundry Drain Clogged and Replacing Parts to unclog drain
Our kitchen and laundry drain was clogged. Sergiy responded quickly and arrived on time. On investigation, Sergiy found that the previous drain was installed incorrectly in the laundry room causing clogging in the drain. Sergiy found that the pipe was sloping upward from the drain. Sergiy replaced the pipe to fix the problem. He also used a snake to clean the pipes. The clogging was fixed! Sergiy was very professional. He always kept the area clean. I am very impressed by his knowledge and his superb customer service. I will not hesitate to recommend Tornado Plumbing to anyone.

Water Line Upgrade to 25mm or 1 inch
Big Project with a short time window. I found myself in a situation where I had a very small time window to work with. I communicated this to Tornado Plumbing. The turnaround time was exceptional. They committed to a time and price...and both were achieved. What they say is what you get. Their pricing is very competitive. They are very professional, detailed oriented, and keep a tidy job site. Overall a 10 out of 10. I would hire them again. Just a little about the work. I had my water line upgraded to 1 inch. The city only gave me a few days to work with before they backfilled the hole. I was responsible for my property side. Tornado Plumbing had to break my floor slab/foundation in my finished basement and torpedo the 1 inch copper pipe about 20-30 Feet. Not an easy job. They kept job zone small as not to disrupt anything. Tornado Plumbing performed their job without any issues. They floor is like new again and water pressure in my old home is amazing. Get a quote. You won't regret it!

Replace old cast iron drain stack and vent pipe. Install rough in attic washroom
We hired Tornado Pluming to completely replace 100 years old drain stack and vent, and to build in attic rough in washroom. We found Sergey and his company from Homestars and were impressed with customers rating and feedback. They work efficiently, and kept us to date with status. If we have questions, Sergey gets back to us quickly. Their willingness to go extra steps but without extra cost have impressed us- they replaced our old toilet. During basement excavation, they replaced a old pipe but was unforeseeable more difficult and challenge. They worked hard and fast. they finished the entire project in 4-5 days. They cleaned up end of each day. Overall, we are happy with the quality and the speed of the service. We would definitely recommend Tornado Plumbng.

Shower plumbing and drain redone
If you are reading this, NO SEARCH FURTHER. It must have been one of my luckiest day to find them. This is the guy seriously knows what he’s doing! I phoned Tornado because “a big name 5 star so-called best of 2016 plumber” did not show up on my appointment (which I had to take a day off work to arrange for that appointment). My shower pipe broke, water keeps leaking onto my newly finished basement ceiling, causing big stain. Sergey from Tornado showed up the same day, did enormous amount of work, with an extreme expertise (Work was so precise in a tight spot. a clean cut on the bsmt ceiling, another clean cut off one bedroom drywall, redirected and repiped the shower drain, reinstalled new trap, changed the flex pipe behind shower stand to copper pipe, also changed my down spout) with an UNBELIEVABLY FAIR PRICE! I was so stressed out and mentally prepared to go so broke before calling them. Guess what, it did not happen! I was so happy about Sergey’s professional work, and insisted to leave him a tip, he REFUSED MY TIP! Dear people, you can definitely buy expertise in this contactor business, however you cannot buy GOOD HEARTED EXPERT, you need some serious luck. And if you are reading this, you are very lucky. Take this luck for granted and phone them! I will recommend them to all my friends.

Basement bathroom
Very satisfied with the company . Nice and friendly guys. Did good job very fast and very accurate . Cleaned up after work . Highly recommended , you will not be disappointed !

Clogged drain
I called sergey and he was there in under an hour and had the problem fixed. Fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!
