    New Furnace/Heat Pump

    Purchased a new furnace and heat pump through Twin Tech and very pleased with service and installation. Bob explained each step carefully and even went above and beyond to let me know that the rebate program was about to end. Installation was completed with no issues and the system runs quietly. I've also used this company on previous occasions to service my old furnace and air conditioner. Would definitely recommend this company for heating and cooling services.

    New Furnace

    Twintech came highly recommended by neighbours. So happy we went with this company. After the experience we had we too would recommend to family and friends. Right from the start with Bob giving us a quotehe took the time to fully explain in detail everything we needed to know.Never felt any pressure! Bob answered all our questions and concerns. We were looking for a good quality furnace, humidifier and upgraded 4 inch filter system. After speaking with Bob we were confident and went ahead with the quote! Installation day also went smoothly.. the installers all of which were pleasant, took pride in their work! The owners Greg and Grant both on site and Mitch all did an incredible job!!!!! We are loving it!!!! Furnace is so quiet!!! Special thanks to the young lady (student) in training who was fantastic!!! Thank you!!

    Replace 50 gal John Wood electric water tank

    Bob reached out within 15 minutes of my service request on homestars. He got straight to the point, answered all my questions and got me a technician in the following work day. Best price out there and they did the job quicker than estimated with other businesses at a better price as well. There were some minor hiccups (not being able to drain the tank due to sentiment built up) but the bothers rallied and removed the tank with ease. I appreciate the care they put in to my home as they had to go down 2 small flights of stairs and white painted walls. They put down protective fabric to protect my wood stairs. They were in and out in a few hours and I am happy to say that I can take a hot shower again. Quick, clean, competitive, and informative. Will use them again on another project.

    Fireplace service

    I am quite satisfied with the work done to service my gas fireplace. Mitch, the technician was very professional and took the time to explain the ins and outs of the fireplace and what he was doing. I will not hesitate to recommend this company for any HVAC needs!

    Hot water heater and Heat Pump installation with government rebate information.

    Twintech was at my house on two separate occasions this December 2023. My water heater decided to give up the ghost just before Christmas. I called Twintech in the morning and Greg came right over on his way to work. He diagnosed the problem and I chose a new install rather than a repair. Greg took the time to price both options for me before he arrived at work. I drove my friend to the airport in the morning and after lunch Mitch and Greg came to install the water heater and finished the job before my husband got home from work. Everything was cleaned up and I had hot water for dish clean up after supper! That morning I had also talked to Greg about Heat Pumps as I done some research on their efficiency. He explained how they worked with your furnace to reduce carbon emissions and heating costs and provided the cooling component that would replace traditional air conditioning. He also told me about some of the rebates being offered by the government and Enbridge. I mentioned that I was interested in learning more and Bob Graham the third member of the Twintech team arranged a meeting to explain everything step by step. I can not say enough good things about this Twintech team and their professionalism. They explain the process in simple terms and are there to support even after sales. I now have a heating and cooling system that I can control with my phone even when I go on vacation and Twintech will be alerted as will I, if there ever is a problem and will have diagnostics to remedy the situations. I highly recommend the people at Twintech.

    Furnace, Heat Pump and Chimney liner installation

    If you are trying to find a contractor to install HVAC equipment stop looking and call Twintech. I had three other contractors come to the house to provide quotes but none of them took the time or provided the information to fit my needs. Bob from Twintech was very knowledgeable answered all my questions provided me a detailed written quote with no pressure to actually use their company. The equipment installation was explained clearly and installed in a timely manner by Greg and Mitch. The workings of the Furnaces and the Heatpump was explained to me also some tip on general maintenance was provided by Mitch. The new equipment is working great and we are enjoying the comforts it is providing. We are very happy with the experience and thanks to Greg and Mitch for all the hard work and would definitely recommend Twintech.

    Furnace installation

    Highly recommend the team at Twintech to all friends and family. There are so many heating companies in the market that say they give you a good offer, but none can beat the friendly and no pressure service by their experienced technician and the knowledge given by their sales rep Bob. Especially would like to note that this compsny will give you an electrical heater to use until installation of furnace is done, they treat their customers as if they were family members.The installation by Greg and his assistant Mitch went very smoothly and efficiently, we could not be happier that we have a guarantee that we will be warm this winter with the furnace that this team installed for us. Thank you very much to Bob, Greg and the Twintech team

    New Heat Pump

    I had my furnace installed in 2022 by Twintech. They did a great job. Due to the excellent rebate incentive for Heat Pumps I chose to take advantage and asked Twintech to quote. Bob did a great job to explain my options, advised of best matching system, helped me with the rebate process. I had them install the Panasonic unit in October. Install was again 10/10 by Greg and Mitch. The heat pump has been working fantastic! Not yet needed my furnace. Twintech really are Heat Pump experts! Glad to be helping reduce emissions and happy to get the rebate from the government. Thank you again Twintech...I will highly recommend to anyone!

    Furnace install and removal of old furnace

    Dealing with Bob initially was most helpful. He provided valuable info on furnaces not knowing if we would be choosing his company. When it was install day all involved were polite, professional, and made sure any mess was cleaned up and removed. The job was completed in less time than was booked. The workings of the furnace were explained to me in full. Very happy with the experience and would highly recommend.

    Installed original furnace when house was built. They know how to stay on top of new technology.
