Our dishwater started leaking beyond repair and ruined part of our basement ceiling. . Called Mr Mikes and they sent Aaron over. Arron was excellent. In a very logical fashion he determined the source of the leak and then prevented further leaking until we bought a new dish washer. Later he returned and installed the new one with minimal fuss. Throughout this incident he showed what he was doing and why. I learned a lot from Aaron. Dont want any more plumbing issues, but if they happen I call Mr Mike and ask for Aaron every time.

Technician was here two days ago and the problem is now worse. They chose my calling to report the issue they caused as the time to tell me warranty coverage only applies between 9-5, and that Id have to pay a dispatch fee to have them look at their faulty work. Fired immediately, and a new plumber is coming urgently for half the dispatch fee I was quoted. Save your money. Caused more problems than they solved. Moving on to someone more competent and understanding.

Technican was a day late, left a piece of the A/C switchbox disassembled and laying on the ground, and left the cover open to be rained on. Also extremely overpriced. $434 (was not given a quote up-front) when comparable plumbing and heating companies charge $100-$140.

Apart from the cost, Don was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. His service was quick and to the point. I would recommend Mr. Mike's and Don.

We called with our alarm going odd, Originally made an apt for Monday. Saturday morning had water coming out, made the call to Mr Mike;s and they were out here in Beiseker by 10:30 am, Our biggest dead was a new pump, but No the lift station just needed a good cleaning. We are so happy with their service.

Seriously the best company, best plumbers and next-level staff. Mr. Mikes has been doing fantastic work at my rental property. When I took on a massive plumbing project at a renovation I knew the plumbers. Everybody working here is an absolute beauty. They have probably spent at least 7 days on this reno. On a difficult project they have gone above and beyond. Problem solving, overcoming obstacles, getting it done all with a great attitude and great people. Special mention to Conrad on the dig crew, Bill, Riley and Brandon all stand-out on the plumbing side. Whoever I missed because everybody here is fantastic. Thanks Mr. Mikes!

My intention is not to disparage, but to provide an honest recounting of events for the benefit of the public. Incident Summary: I engaged Mr. Mike's Plumbing to resolve a simple kitchen clog. What unfolded, however, was a series of unfortunate events that left me dismayed. Key Points of Concern: Property Damage: In the process of their work, the plumber accidentally broke a ceiling panel in my kitchen. Disturbingly, there was no apology or offer of compensation for the damage, reflecting a concerning disregard for customer property and satisfaction. Questionable Billing Practices: After over two hours of effort with no resolution to the clog, I was billed in excess of $300. When a further $300 was quoted to continue the work, I declined, deeming it unreasonable. Despite this, the initial fee was not only insisted upon but also forwarded to collections upon non-payment, an action that I found to be both aggressive and unjustified. Competitor Comparison: Subsequently, another local plumber fixed the issue for less than $100, indicating that the original clog was indeed a minor issue. This comparison only heightened my frustration and disappointment with Mr. Mike's Plumbing. Conclusion: The combination of property damage without remedy, high and unjustifiable charges for unresolved service, and a general lack of professionalism compels me to advise against using Mr. Mike's Plumbing. If it were possible, I would award a zero or negative star rating based on my experience. My critique stems from a place of genuine concern and the hope that public feedback might encourage a reassessment and improvement of service standards at Mr. Mike's Plumbing. The pillars of professionalism, billing transparency, and customer care are crucial in the service sector, and there seems to be a significant opportunity for growth in these areas for Mr. Mike's Plumbing. Recently purchased a new water softener and reached out to have the unit plumbed in. The technician show up in a timely manner and we discussed the project. After some discussion the tech wrote up an estimate for the project, the first offer was to have one of Mr Mikes water softeners installed at a cost of $3200 dollars. What was the need as i already had one. Second offer was $1300 hundred dollars for just the plumbing , almost three times the cost of what I payed for the unit. Ridiculous, I installed the unit my self for about $150 all in. Stop screwing people over

Not impressed. Super expensive, very difficult to deal with on the customer service side. Would not recommend.

I had Daniel come in to fix my fireplace. He also looked at my furnace to see if it was working, TG; it wasn't but he replace the screws holding the cover and it works perfectly now. He also changed the insides workings of my toilet and the toilet works better.
