Our furnace failed on Christmas Eve at 11:30pm - Brea was at our home within minutes, put on a temp part until today & now we're all fixed. GREAT GUY!

Brae is a gem he knows exactly which part of your furnace is broken, i am very satisfied with his service, he is a professional. As a customer you always try to bargain with the price, but believe me you might not get the right service with the bargain amount as i am already a victim of that, end up paying $200+ and still ended up having same issues after couple of days. But Brae is awesome and very reasonable, he is now added into my contact list, he is trustworthy with his service. Great job Brae much appreciated.

Called Brae to fix my Carrier furnace. He came out promptly and diagnosed the issue right away. He is extremely knowledgeable as well as being courteous and efficient. He also helped me me with a few other things that I needed to be addressed. He is honest and fair with his rates and was the nicest and best technician I have EVER had to my house! Brae came quickly to provide an estimate for a new furnace and AC. He came back to install quickly after I decided to go with him. The install crew were efficient and tidy, and they did a clean install. They had the entire install done in approx 4 hours. I was very impressed by the work and would absolutely recommend them.

In the two years of living in our home, we have had many problems with our gas fireplace. Every technician told us it was our wiring. Brae was able to diagnose the correct problem quickly in a service call and had it repaired the next week! We will enjoy our warmth:)

Then when my furnace broke last week was at my house In ten minutes. Even followed up,to make sure all working well days later.

After speaking with multiple companies about installing a whole home humidifier, I connected with Brae who listened to my needs and recommended the right product for a fair price instead of trying to sell me unnecessary, expensive products that I did not require. He was there the next day to install the humidifier and also clearly explained how to operate it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for all your heating, cooling needs.

Our furnace failed in a cold November. We called around and other companies' "emergency" service could get to us in 1-2 weeks. Brae got our new furnace in in 2 days. His work is excellent and his prices are very fair. He's done other HVAC work for us after the initial furnace replacement. I don't have enough good things to say. I tell all friends and neighbours in the area that if they don't use Brae for their HVAC needs, they are crazy. Thank you again for the recent work, Brae!

Our A/C unit needed replacement this year. We called all around and were given very high prices by our own furnace company and all their competitors with scary tactics about having to use them for yearly service to maintain its warranty. Fed up with all the BS, we looked around on the web and found Brae Daly. We set up an appointment and Brae was there promptly within a day. He looked over our home and our needs and recommended a suitable unit for us. Brae was very honest with us and explained all that we needed to know with no pressure sales or any other nonsense. We were given a great price (much cheaper than anyone else) and Brae went out of his way to ensure that we were satisfied. Once he installed our A/C unit he noticed that our original installer had not set the furnace fan speed correctly!!!!! No wonder it was much warmer upstairs. Once properly set, Brae ensured us that we would be more comfortable. His diagnosis was spot on. Our house, especially upstairs is super comfortable. What a pleasure it was to have found him. His crew were very tidy and polite. We will be using Brae to look after both our furnace and A/C. I highly recommend his services. Thank you Brae.

I called Brae on the phone for a quote on an AC replacement and within a half hour he was at my home. When he left one half hour later, we had worked out a deal. Three days later, not including the weekend I had the new unit installed and pumping cold air. Great prompt service. Honest and direct. Pleasure to do business with.
