Brae has worked on two separate projects for my house. The first was a central humidifier in the winter (2022) and most recently for a new air conditioner. Both times I thought the price that Brae was offering was fair. Communication with Brae is prompt and transparent. Both times, he walked me through exactly what would be done and the work was done just as he describes. It also doesn't feel like Brae is trying to sell you a product but just looking out for what you need done. The time frames he provides for the day of are also always accurate. I would highly recommend Brae's services.

Brae and his crew are top notch. He is prompt, courteous, thoughtful, easy going. His crew is the same. A job well done at a good price. I recommend him to everyone who asks, and several of my friends have hired him for similar work and told me they were happy too.

I Have used Brae on multiple occasions and on each occasion he was quick to respond and attended promptly. He was quick to diagnose the issue, and completed the repairs without issue. Brae was competent, fair and a true professional. Definitely recommend

My furnace stopped blowing hot air so I called Brae, as I had used him in the past for an old furnace. He was here in 30 mins and had the issue diagnosed and fixed quickly! Couldn't be happier with how quick and professional he was. Would recommend him to anyone!

Woke up and noticed the temp below set temp. Didn't want to take a chance with the -29 temp outside. Call Brae at 8.15am, Said he'd be here between 9-11, and he arrived at 9am. He checked a bunch of stuff and discovered a sensor issue. So quick, easy fix, but he said if once he left, the temp still recover in a few hours, give him a call back and he'd pop back in. Ive used Braes company 2x now. Brae is prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and he doesn't sell, or upsell unnecessary services, and ge answered all my questions. He's going to be my go to, for my next furnace and/or aircon. Fantastic company.

I am so happy I found this place. Fantastic service. My furnace was leaking and Brae came by inspected it, ordered parts and came back to do the repair later the same day. I will definitely use this company again.

Great service, and Brae went out of his way to find the least expensive solution to a parts issue. Provides timely service and good advice at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

My one year old furnace stopped blowing heat and eventually shut complete off early in the morning. I called Brae who had installed the system and I explained the situation. By mid morning, he came by, check the unit and found it needed a blower motor. Within a two hour span, he ordered a new motor, picked it up, and had it installed. The new motor was covered under warranty which made me an even happier customer. Thanks Brae. Great Job!

Amazing service. Brae answered the phone right away on a hot humid Sunday morning. Let me know he'd be here by 11, and was half an hour early. Took all of 10 minutes to identify the problem, and he had the part he needed in the van. Fabulous service, super fair price, highly recommend. Thank you Brae!
