James was professional from start to finish. He explained how long the job would take. What times he would be here and what time he would be leaving and when he would be back. James worked proficiently and I couldn't be happier with the results. My kitchen cupboards are amazing. They look like new. Not painted. I'm so glad I didn't choose to get new cupboards. My cupboards look classy and stylish, for a tenth of the cost of new ones and no mess at all. James went out of his way to get the handles I wanted and did a couple of extra things that he didn't have to. Thank you so much James for my new kitchen. I highly recommend James to anyone looking to upgrade their home.

We had an excellent experience with The Final Coat T.O and are extremely happy with the work! The previous owners of our home had hand painted the kitchen cupboards…they were in rough shape. We decided to get them sprayed (inside and outside) to refinish them. We also wanted new shelves, soft close hinges, and new door pulls. From the start, we could tell James was different than the other contractors we had dealt with in our home renovation. James was honest about his work - he fully explained the process and timelines to us. James has a strong attention to detail and is a very efficient worker. We were so impressed with the organization of the work area. He completely covered the floors, countertops, and appliances before spraying the cabinets. When he was done, he cleaned up and left us with a new kitchen! The customer service was fantastic…James even gave us a couple of brushes and some information on how to maintain the cupboards. We HIGHLY recommend The Final Coat T.O!

Everyone said we were crazy doing renos the week before Christmas ... "don't you know there are always delays", people warned me. "Crazy like a fox", I told them all when The Final Coat TO delivered exactly what they promised, on time and by some of the most grounded, talented, hard working millennials you'd have the pleasure of working with. Now we have a fabulous 'new kitchen' for our family to drool over this holiday :) ... thank you!!!

James did a fantastic job resurfacing our kitchen cabinets. It looks like a brand new kitchen for a fraction of the price! He is thorough, professional, and efficient. We would definitely recommend him and would use his services again!

James did a totally incredible job renewing our kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities, and the windows in our sunroom. With his artistic touch, our ten-year old IKEA kitchen, which was tired and worn-at-the heel, looked like a new install. Even the unsightly water damage to the kitchen cabinet doors and drawers seemed to disappear. It was magical. He also transformed the bathroom vanities and gave them an entirely new look with a fresh paint colour. James also painted the window frames in the sunroom and they now sport a beautiful, glossy finish in Benjamin Moore's Kendall Charcoal. James's work is excellent but he also stands out as a contractor - and as a person. He takes great pride in his work and truly cares about his customer. It is important to James that his customer is satisfied with the final result. James is someone who goes beyond the call of duty. As he noticed that I was overwhelmed preparing the house for new tenants, he helped me with many projects. He even helped a crew haul 300 pound radiators up to the second storey of the house. He visited the house, too, to help the new tenants tackle problems that were unrelated to his work. James is a truly lovely person. I would highly recommend James.

It is with great pleasure that we write this review for James Bougiouklis. We have had many contractors do work for us in 2 different homes over the last 12 years and some were satisfactory and some were not. However, James goes beyond those who were satisfactory. James is the consummate professional. He is a perfectionist and it shows in everything he produces. It’s rare to find a contractor who has such strong ethics and pride in his own work. I have to say that James is in fact an artist in his trade and settles for nothing less than perfection. One can see easily that he loves his work as he takes great pride not only in his trade but also in wowing his customers. He thoroughly enjoys their reaction during the reveal. Our most recent project involved transforming our kitchen from being dated and unsightly to that of a stunning modern fresh kitchen that we love. His work is impeccable and we would look no further should we have future projects. It goes without saying that we would recommend James without any reservations whatsoever and we assure all future customers they will be thrilled with the quality of his work and his total professionalism throughout. James did a fab job. He was on time and is a perfectionist. He kept us informed of all he was doing and stayed within budget. He went above and beyond. 20 out of 10.

James is the best!!! He turned an ugly outdated kitchen into a quality stunning new look. His professionalism and nice mannered character made the whole experience wonderful. James calculated his timing perfectly, when he said the job would be done he was correct. I would be pleased to recommend James to my family and friends.

James was fantastic! He worked hands-on from beginning to end, to helping me pick out the right colour to giving me a care package showing me how maintain the refinished cabinets. To anyone thinking about refinishing, I would definitely recommend the Final Coat T.O. The finished outcome transformed my whole kitchen, feeling like it was brand new. Thank you again James!
