We called them for the winter season snow removal and lawn, this has been a benevolent winter season so far in Calgary (Dec 2023) only couple of days it snowed, well, the first time they show up and they did a .. 6/10 job .. I said, ok, next time we'll tell them about it, let's give them another chance, 2nd time they didn't come at all, we complained and then at the end of the day they sent a guy who did not only do the full job (front and back snow removal) but just came with a snow blower and called a day after we shovelled as much as we could previously, we are seriously disappointed and asked them for a refund, they did it, but hear this, they said we didn't give them a chance to fix the issue? seriously? that's 3 strikes man, right there, more opportunities? to do what? another sloppy job???? thanks but not thanks, not recommended isn't enough, they should be out of business.

Great service and friendly employees... They always go out of their way to accommodate me, and I am truly grateful for that. We had the best technician today!!! Thorough and meticulous with cleaning my driveway of snow... Keep up the good work!!

Property Werks has been mowing our lawn for this past year. They have done a fantastic job every week. Our lawns ,front and back, have never looked better.

Property Werks has taken care of my lawn for the past 4 years. They mow and rake it every two weeks in the late spring until mid-September. I had exceptional service this past summer, Clinton's work was excellent. I'll be signing up for lawn service again next year.

I have never been so happy to be done with a service provider as I was when our contract with Property Werks ended at the beginning of April. It was a gong show from the time we signed up. Mistakes were made including in our quote which resulted in us paying more than they initially indicated to leaving the yard gates open, twice. This mistake allowed our dogs to get out of the yard on very cold winter days. Our neighbour brought one of our dogs home on one occasion and on another occasion we had to look after dark for our little black dog. When I let the company know about the mistakes one response was that they were only told to closed one gate (remember we have two gates) and the other response I got was everyone makes mistakes. The person they had removing our snow did the absolute minimum amount of work, he had no equipment except a shovel and a broom which did not necessarily do an efficient job and took longer than it needed to. In end I gave up, stopped tipping for a bad job and waited out the contract. I will never deal with this company again. I certainly won't recommend them to anyone.

UPDATE: Jan 23/23: They sent their contractor back out to fix the sloppy and lazy job they did and he tried to leave without clearing the piles of snow they left in front of our driveway. When I told him it was illegal to shovel snow into the road his reply was "Then tell Sean to get someone else to do your driveway". Very professional Property Werks." When I asked him if it was him who owned the company he replied no and did an incomplete job clearing some of the snow, but drove off with half of it still there. Stay away from this company. JAN 22/23 This company is shady as hell! I had a good back-and-forth with them before I signed up, but the quality of snow clearing is sub-par and lazy and after complaining, they increased my fees after claiming I selected the wrong size lot. Here's what actually happened. 1) During the sign up you need to select the size of the lot. I am on a pie lot, but asked if I should select this option as the lot at the front is only the width of the driveway. I was told to select this option and they make an assessment once they received the order. I placed the order with Pie lot selected and they decreased the fee from $317.10 to $266.70 on Dec 18. 2) The first three clearings were really poor. They use a leaf blower for most of it but don't properly clear the edges of the driveway or walkway so the drifts of snow on the site get wider and wider after each clearing. They also shovel a lot of it into the street at the end of the driveway, which makes a large snow damn backing water up the driveway, and our cars get stuck. 3) On Jan 22, I specifically asked for them to shovel the sides and NOT shovel into the street. (Which is illegal anyway). The guy comes and I can see him throwing his hands in the air because he's angry he has to do more work. So he then proceeds to ram snow under the front of the cars parked on the street off the driveway and makes a large pile of snow about 18" high on the street. 4) I complain again to the management and they came back to say they would come back out, but they are now increasing my rate because "I" did not select the proper lot size. See #1. I would seriously think twice before signing up with this company.

We hired Property Werks to take care of our snow this year. It was a great comfort to know that we don't have to go out into the unfavourable weather to shovel and even better if we are away to have the confidence it will be done. Pictures are sent via email after each clearing. Along with clearing snow on time, every time, it is worth it. Strongly recommend.

Excellent service. Always timely and professional. First time using them but will use again next year and plan on using this company for summer lawn care.

Lots of Snow Removal companies out there, but they are the best we have experienced in 20 years. Efficient and communicate through emailed photos when the job has been completed!
