We were happy with the home inspection, provided by John. He did a thorough job in a timely manner and explained everything.

Jon wasted no time in getting to inspecting the property. He was very friendly and explained things really well to us. Fantastic attention to detail too and helped us catch lots of stuff that we had overlooked. The whole process of booking the inspection was also very painless. Chris was very accommodating in all our interactions. I would gladly work again with these guys if I ever need another inspection.

After having purchased several homes over the years, both new and not so new, I've seen different levels of inspections from pretty thorough to not so much. Chris from Odds on Home was excellent, very thorough, efficient, very easy to talk to and explained everything, he was very professional and was able to find a few deficiencies that would've become a problem in the future and found one pretty bad oversight during the construction of the house that if not for the inspection, I would've had serious water damage after moving in. I highly recommend this company and especially Chris. Great job and very affordable as well.
