(SIMON) FIRST TIME HOMEBUYER | Booked via sms was super easy.| Very thorough, documented every aspect with annotated photographs, explained in a very clear way, double checked areas when we asked follow-up questions. Used special equipment to check for moisture/leaks within the walls and ceiling. Honest about what lay outside his areas of expertise and recommended other Master Tradesmen be brought in to assess those other potential issues. Presented us with a binder with copies of all the documentation he had made which allowed us to discuss issues with our insurance broker and also arrange quotes needed repairs and renovations. Very happy with the service and will definitely recommend to others.

The binder they have for the home owner is amazing, it has all the issues and how to fix them with pictures. They even showed up a half hour early and started the inspection.

It's an old and large-ish place...and Ray was on time, thorough and very descriptive with his verbal explanation. Also the resulting report was awesome and not only described the items that needed immediate addressing but also included recommendations for maintenance going forward. I highly recommend him and Odds On.
