Not only were they there early but he found something in the home that could have been a deal breaker before I showed...and offered to cancel the inspection if it was a deal breaker for me. Dan completed a very thorough home inspection. Pointing out small improvements that could be done and some of the ones that might need to be done right away. Walked through the house with me. Spent a little over 2 hrs. Sent me a detailed report that night. Indicated that I could call him any time to discuss as well. Great service and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company.
