I was very happy with Alex, the inspector. He was personable, meticulous, and knowledgable. While our inspection report was quite thorough, there were a number of typos, including the address of our home, which is concerning. When we received an email about the added services such as the 90 day appliance warranty and moldsafe program, we found they had been made out to the wrong address. Our follow up questions to the inspector were also answered in a very terse and incomplete fashion.

Our home inspector, Alex, was exactly what you'd hope for when getting a home you want to buy inspected. At the start he gave an overview of what he'd be doing, repeatedly telling us questions were welcome anytime. That proved to be true, as whenever we did ask he was more than happy to answer. At the end he gave us a talk on the house's condition, kind of a preview of our report. The report came that night, and it was very thorough and had great attention to detail There was one defect that he found, a section of heated floor that didn't heat, and after our realtor learned from the seller that they had it working again, he actually went back two days later ON HIS OWN TIME, confirmed that, and sent us an updated report. I totally recommend Odds On Inspections and will use them again next time I move.
