From the moment we called Odds On Home they were fantastic! Chris was nothing but professional and kind! He is very knowledgeable about his job, we found the report was beyond thorough. Chris was exceptionally fast in providing our report and the price was more than reasonable. I would recommend Odds On Home Inspection and give 5 out of 5 stars!

This was our first home purchase and Odds on Home was very highly rated on Homestars and Google reviews. Price was reasonable and they were very accomodating with the schedule. Paul was thorough, detailed, and very knowledgable. He went on top of the roof and did an inspection, he recommeded a company to do a thorough shingle inspection which we were able to negotiate off the purchase price. Also, he found an active leak from the upstairs bathtub that leaked onto the main floor dining room with his heat/moisture imaging. We got the house seller to repair it and had Paul come back to check, but it wasn't repaired properly! Paul was very patient and accomodating with all of our requests and I would gladly recommend and use Odds on Home to our friends/family and future home inspections. Give Paul a raise.

Odds-On was able to get us in for a home inspection very quickly. They were on time, gave a very thorough report and were easy to communicate with with.

I really enjoyed our inspection with Dan, he was very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process. Even though we did not end up closing the deal on this home I would highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them back for our next home inspection hopefully on a home that we are able to finalize the deal with!

After reading a couple of review about Dan we had to request for his services. When we contacted the company they responded within minutes. This was in the middle of the night. Dan came on time and started looking at the house right away. If we had questions, he would stop and answer them and no questions was a stupid question (not only in words but in action). He was patient, he was a teacher, he was upfront. We learned about the details of a home that we never thought about before. We were thinking that he could have a TV show that we would watch. After he was done, he spent sometime Showing us pictures and teaching us on what to do. That would have been above and beyond. But After thoroughly expecting and teaching us, he went home worked on the report and sent it to us. I am usually a person that likes saving money but I gotta say, the price that we got charged is so cheap compared to the incredible service and product that we got. If they charged me double I would still be willing to pay. That is how AMAZING the service was. We had had a home inspection with another company in another home that we purchased before and that is where the comparison stops. OddsOn is on another planet compared to the other company. If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would.

Seriously, buying a home is always really stressful. This was the easiest part about it. Carl, our home inspector, was early for the appointment, kept me up to date with what he was doing around the house, and sent a detailed report on the status of our new home. Setting up the appointment was easy (2 text messages) and paying was just as simple. I couldn't recommend this company more highly.

The last time I bought a house I thought the home inspection was a joke but this time Paul from Odds On was amazing. Very helpful and very valuable information.
