Our home inspector Ray from Odds On Home inspections did a fabulous job inspecting our new house. He was quick but extremely detailed in his evaluation. He answered all our questions patiently however silly they might be. The report was available to us within an hour of the inspection. It had a summary page highlighting the fixes that need to be performed as well as a detailed page on every part of the house. It also had tips on how to maintain the house well. Overall, extremely satisfied with the well executed job.
