Ray was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and open to questions throughout the entire inspection from start to finish (approx 3 hours). We felt it was easy to ask him anything while he was working and he was very good at articulating what he found as well as recommendations for the future. Overall, he was extraordinarily thorough with the home inspection and it made the entire process go very smooth. I would not hesitate to use Odds On Home Inspections.

Chris sent our one of his inspectors for an acreage we were looking at buying. The inspector was very thorough and knowledgeable. The report that was provided was very comprehensive and put our minds at ease. We bought the place and have had no "unexpected" repairs in 6 years! Met Chris through my realtor and it being my first time buying a house I was incredibly nervous with the whole process. Chris from Odds On Home inspection made the process very easy he booked in within less than a weeks notice he was friendly and approachable the whole time and explained any concerns in depth which made us made feel much better. He even saw that buttons on the microwave didn't work we wouldnt have noticed that probably until weeks after we moved in. The report he sent over was incredibly detailed with pictures and he gave us easy ways to fix some of the issues that would be cost effective he even gave us the freedom to call if we needed any further explanation or need any advice overall we were all thoroughly impressed.
