Dan at Odds on Home Inspections was great to deal with. He was extremely informative and took the time to show me his observations and additional tips. The report that I received was very detailed. I like the pictures he included and the thermal imaging photos. I'd highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Dan was at the home 45 minutes before we showed up to complete the exterior inspection. He then took us around to show us what he found and suggestions on maintenance. Inside the home, Dan was very thorough and knowledgeable and didn’t rush through the inspection at any point. After the 4 Hour inspection, Dan review all the notes and pictures with us before leaving. We were emailed the final report within a few hours which was very detailed.

Chris the owner was very thorough and reasonably priced. He provided a detailed report of the interior/exterior of the home, including the garage, fence and sidewalks. The report includes supporting photos and even thermal images so you can see areas of heat loss. I would use this company again for future home purchases.
