Thorough , profession courteous, and paid attention to detail...Noticed small water mark on ceiling ...Attention to any safety issues..C02 detectors needed , painted out outside sloping for water was a good feature, checked roof and we got a nice binder of all the pictures and details of house.

Ray was polite and knowledgeable. Had no issues showing me around during the inspection. Report was out quickly.
