    Mice in the house

    We had mice problem in the house and needed to address the problem urgently. Pesterminate was prompt responding my service request. Ruhul came to my house the very next day, detected and blocked the entry point, inspected the inside of the house and finally put poison cases in the kitchen and basement area. He also gave me instructions to follow up and answered our questions. He was professional, Cordial and helpful throughout the time. He also called me later to follow up. After about 2 months, we stopped seeing or sensing possible signs of mice in our house. Overall, I am happy with his service. Definitely recommend Pesterminate!

    Rat problem

    Had Ruhul come out and do an assessment of of my house as we heard mice in our basement ceiling. He was very prompt and explained how i had rats and how to deal with them. He identified where they were coming into my house and how i can fix the problem. He placed some poison and left. Within a couple weeks we found two dead rats which we disposed of. We continued to hear noises so i called Ruhul back and he came back a few days later and placed some more poison. Very nice guy, professional and informative UPDATE: been just about 6 Months since Ruhuls last visit. Had some minor activity in our ceiling again. Called Ruhul to come back and place some more poisen. Even though we were just out of warranty he came by and placed more poisen free of charge. Very happy with his service and he stands behind his warranty.

    Great Pest Control Company in GTA

    I was struggling with Bed Bug and found Pesterminate Inc. through Google Search. Ruhul is an experienced pest control guy and his bad bug treatment gave me option for peaceful slip. He inspected my place and did an excellent job for my house through complete treatment. Initially I through it costly but finally I found it very worthy. So far I found his knowledge, expertise and working process of bug treatment is very professional. Moreover, he is sincere and his commitment is really fantastic. I appreciate for his job, sincerity and professionalism for all types of pest control. Thank you so much Ruhul for your good job.

    Used multiple times and recently for centipedes and bugs

    Have used Pesterminate multiple times over the years and with all this damp weather, we were getting tired of all the centipedes and bugs, so I call Pesterminate, and as usual, Ruhul comes to the rescue and treated the entire home.  I know he costs a little more than others, but from experience, I know it's worth it.  He honors his work and comes back to make sure I am 100 percent satisfied.  He never does a job and runs away, he comes back to make sure everything is 100 percent.  He is also well educated and actually shares his knowledge, to help me understand his methods.  That's why to me he is worth every penny.

    Bed Bug problem resolved

    I took Ruhul's service for the bed bug issue and it was completely resolved by his 3 round visits (after 15 days and after 3 months consecutively). Equipped with his Master Degree in Zoology, Ruhul is quite knowledgeable and experienced in understanding the issues of Bed bugs, lify cycle and eradication procedures. Overall, Ruhul did a great job for eliminating the beg bug problem from my townhouse! Last but not least, I found Ruhul's service is expensive ($600.00--although worthy) as compared to other perstcontrollers. Mentioning the service charges in Pesterminate Inc website is highly recommended.

    Cockroach vanished.

    Recently I moved to new house and saw lots of cockroaches in kitchen and washroom. I just contacted Pesterminate Inc and they handled it professionally. Within in 15 days - we are free from cockroaches. It is just vanished. Although we a 385/- cad , it is costly but worthy . We recommend this professional Pest Controller .

For cockroaches, you have to leave a granular bait that is dusted so they can eat the bait and all of them will eventually die. A simple spray would not kill all of them.     Rodents

    We had an odour in the basement . Initially thought to be at sump pump but was not . Ruhul was prompt and very professional. Gave us the expected timeline for dead rodent ( in wall )smell to dissipate in about 3 weeks. He followed up & feels the problem is essentially gone.There was some feeding so he refilled the boxes for the rodents to feed if still around.

    Rats!

    We noticed huge rats and their babies in our backyard and called Ruhul right away. He replied immediately and was there the next day to help us solve the issue. He's been back to refill the poison and has guided us through the process. After less than a week, we stopped seeing them! Thank you, Ruhul! We are very grateful for your help. Would highly recommend. Friendly and knowledgeable.

    Carpenter Ants & Wasps

    I found a lot of Carpenter Ants and Wasps outside of my houe and sometimes they are coming inside. I called Ruhul and after his inspection, he did the treatment for both Carpenter Ants and Wasps and after that I am not seeing any ant or wasp. I found him knowledgeble and very professional and also his customer service is excellent. Though his treatment is little bit costly, but it is really effective. Thank you so much Ruhul for your job and you made me worry free.
