I had two issues broke handle, they replaced with one that came out of a home that that customer didnt like. They didnt order me a new handle . Totally unprofessionalthe guys made it work but not cool second their finishes arent nice, made some metal thing as an end to a track not clean. Doubt Id ever use again.., btw waited two months to have these items repaired quality of product good just dont like sneaky! Tech told me it came from a house they removed

Very very disappointing experience. Problems: they did the closet door measurements wrong TWICE; they damaged the walls and baseboards; excuses, indifference, calls not returned, poor communication; no proper follow up and certainly not one word of apology. The story: We met with the company rep at the start of April; discussed the job; we paid a 50% deposit; and we were told to expect two new sets of closet doors in six weeks. Six weeks later, they installed the doors; one set had been measured incorrectly so that we could not use the drawers inside the closet. Their error caused damage to the finish on the drawers which was never fixed. Six weeks later, they tried to put on the second set of doors, but they were the wrong size AGAIN. So, back we go. Another set of doors ordered. Four months of inexcusably bad service and inconvenience. We met with them at their convenience and paid promptly and in full. It is finally over: the doors are in and look nice; they finally fixed the damage done to three walls (not just cutting a baseboard but holes in the wall); and after four months we have closets. Experiences vary friends recommended this company; I would not. And after all of this, there was no apology, no offer of any sort of discount, nothing.

We had all our doors replaced. The staff and workers were very professional and helpful. Their work was exceptional and the scheduled time was just as was quoted from start to finish. We are 150% satisfied with everything the company provided, from Nick the salesperson to Robin the office coordinator to all the technicians. Would definitely recommend to all who are in the market for new doors. Thank you again Grinyer for all you did.

We had our entire house done with new closet doors and everywhere else with shaker doors. The process was easy and the showroom had lots of options to choose from. It took about 2 months for the doors to ready, but for us that wasnt a huge issue since we were renovating anyways. I am very happy with the quality of the doors and the installation team was fast and efficient.

What a great team to work with! From the extremely precise measurements to the excellent guidance on door choice and closet design from Alex to the seamless install of every door in the house and one closet system all in one day (!!) it was a great experience.

All of my interior doors were delivered and installed today. I am so happy with the style that I chose, and the installation was carried out so very efficiently. They arrived at my house on time and took such great care. No mess, everything looks wonderful. Thank you to the two young men who did this work, and the very helpful and informative salesman who came to advise me in the beginning of my project. I am delighted.

From initial contact to final installation, we are exceptionally happy with Grinyer Interior Doors & Closets! Anticipating replacing our 24 interior doors was daunting but Andrew and his team's seamless process made it effortless for us. Love the new look and the fact that the installation of the professionally pre-painted doors was fast and professional--done in just over half a day. Definitely would recommend!

Grinyer came to my residence for the initial consultation and to view the job and take preliminary measurements of the doors that I wanted replaced and missing closet doors to be installed, I then had an appointment in the show room to pick out a door designs and hardware, all staff very helpful and very knowledgable. Within the next couple of days a gentleman came back to the house to take final measurements of all the doors , The wait time for installation was a little bit long but understandably I was installing 15 doors, the day of installation they arrived on time they finished an hour ahead of schedule all the doors were installed and all the old doors removed, they left the place clean and I was super thrilled with my doors at the end of the day I would highly recommend these guys to anybody who’s looking to install new or renovate.

Alex and his team were absolutely fantastic. We went to the design studio after the measurements were done, the experience was easy and thoughtful. Alex walked us through all of the various design and finish choices we had and really helped keep us to our budget. The gentlemen who came to install the closet were pleasant to deal with, plus they knocked the closet out in 2 hours (from ringing my doorbell to pulling out of the driveway)! I would definitely recommend Grinyer Interior Doors & Closets for getting your closet made.
