    Dishwasher repair

    Called for repair. They showed up next day. Quick repair and explained the problem. Honest and upfront about pricing. I was very happy. Will use again.

    Refrigerator not cooling

    I-Fix sent two young men to look at my fridge which was not cooling anything. They fixed the problem by: performing a correct diagnosis purchasing of necessary relay part cleaning behind the fridge vacuuming chunks of dirt from inside the fridge instructing us to clean the front at least once a year They were professional and kind. They explained everything and no question was too silly to ask them.

    Washing Machine Probelm Solvers!

    We live in an older semi-detached house in the Hillcrest/Humewood area in Toronto. Recently, our washing machine broke and needed to be replaced. We did not want to be a small condo size washer. We wanted a full-szied unit. However, we were unable to find a full-size unit to fit down our basement stairs, until iFix located a discontinued GE model - the only type that can be disassembled and then reassembled. They searched the whole GTA for the unit, and eventually found it Mississauga. They picked up the unit, brought it over, took out the old broken unit and then disassembled and reassembled the new one. We were so thankful we didn't have to buy a smaller condo-sized unit, as they just don't wash enough. All in all - a creative solution with excellent friendly customer service. Job well done.

    dishwasher repair

    We were SO happy with this company! Our 4 year old Kenmore dishwasher was leaving food particles on the dishes after every washing. The gents, who were polite, personable, good humoured and efficient, thoroughly explained to us what was going on and showed us our clogged chopper once it was removed from the machine (yuck - where did all that come from?). They cleaned all parts while they were at it and now we finally have a working dishwasher once again! Will be using them in the future for any and all appliance repairs - without hesitation! The whole procedure was painless - great work guys!

    Fridge repair

    David and his partner we're great. They were able to come in to fix our fridge within one day of calling. Very professional, friendly and helpful, and did a great job. Would definitely hire them again!

    refrigeration repair

    Very good service showed up on time and fixed problem very quickly. It didnt cost a ton of money and they gave us a guarantee. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needed repairs of this nature. Seemed to gave good knowledge of appliances. Did i mention they came out on a Sunday evening thats the best part! Thumbs up!

    Samsung Dryer

    I called up David to help out with a faulty dryer for my home. David was quick enough to respond back and help with this within 4 hours. Definitely on my speed dial for all my home appliances now!

    Didn't follow through

    Reached out to David to fix our washer dryer as we just moved into our first home. Cleaned out the duct for the dryer but didn't fix the issue with the washing machine rather said by switching the valve it would fix the problem. After paying him he has not returned or answered my calls

We came up with a working solution for you so that you would be able to continue using your washer without having to purchase a brand new washing machine. For this we only charged you $40. We feel that we provided you with a good service at a minimal cost. I have answered your calls and have offered to come in again to see if something else can be done to help and I've even offered to return the money for the service. We're sorry that you had a negative experience but nothing else could be done in your case.

    Leaky Dishwasher

    Of all the appliance repair services I contacted, I-Fix Appliance Repair was the only team that serviced my area and Samsung and LG appliances. David was quick to commit to an appointment and was very straightforward about fees, which included an $85 consult that would be applied to the cost of a repair if one ensued. He and his colleague visited Sunday morning and were able to diagnose and correct the problem with an 18-month old Samsung dishwasher. I've used the appliance twice since the service call and it's in perfect working order! As they were about to leave I asked them if they serviced LG appliances and they confirmed that they are certified to do so! My LG washer has also been leaking and they confirmed that they appliance was well past the point where it's worth repairing. They did not charge me anything extra for checking the washer! David and his colleague were prompt, professional and proficient. Happily recommend them for any appliance repairs!

    Dishwasher Installation

    My dishwasher was delivered on the Saturday of the Labour Day weekend. I-FiX was able to come the very next day, installed the dishwasher very cleanly and efficiently. Great, professional guys! Very glad I came across them, and this was after spending hours fussing over Homestars trying to decide who seemed good. Would definitely call them up again if I needed repairs! Thanks guys!
