What a bunch of lovely lads! My first contact was Martin (you should be proud of him Damian) and he explained the different products used and types of shingle . We arranged a date for the replacement, and I voiced my concerns about lost shingles and the roof not being watertight in the meantime. The next day two guys arrived and dealt with the problem. On the replacement day Victor, Ryan and crew arrived at 7.30 and by 4 p.m. the roof was finished. The guys were polite, worked diligently the whole time and only stopped to eat lunch. Everything was cleaned up and you wouldn't know they'd been there, except for my amazing new roof. Thank you to everyone. I would certainly recommend Nailed It to my friends and neighbours. Spoke with Sarah initially to brief her of the issue I was having. She got back to me in a timely and professional manner and set up an appointment with her crew to come and have a look at my roof and fix the problem. Victor and his crew came on Saturday and did a very professional job in troubleshooting and repairing and patching up the leak. They were polite, respectful and very professional the whole time. My roof was damaged due to high winds on the weekend of Dec 10. I looked up on the internet and found Nailed_it. They had great reviews, so I called the emergency number on Sunday afternoon. Damian picked up immediately and we arranged to have a team out to my home the following day as there was no forecast of rain until Tuesday. The crew showed up as promised and the repair was completed in just over 1 hour. I was delighted to relieve the stress of worrying about water damage, so it was well worth it for me. Thanks to Damian, Martin and crew. Highly recommend Nailed_it in the future.

During the rainstorm my daughter who was working from home heard dripping from our livingroom ceiling. She quickly put a bucket under it and called me. Try finding a roofer in a thunderstorm. I tried many companies, and was told that they would get back to me within 3 BUSINESS DAYS. I finally found Nailed It Roofing. Damian answered and one of his crew, Ryan was at my home within an hour. Ryan was polite, took pictures of the problem and explained what he had done. The water was dripping from the roof through our installation in the ceiling near the ceiling light. We had metal roof installed by Nailed it Roofing, Damian, Liam and the whole team was excellent. They started and finished the project on time and on budget. The site was left very clean. Initial Quote: Damian explained every option and price range along with pros/cons of each option - I was not available to be onsite for initial quote but he took time out of his evening to call me personally to ensure I had all the information needed to make an informed decision. We signed on with them and as luck would have it - well before the work was to start we had an issue...Emily at the office had a crew out early the next day- WOW. Start of project: Due to a lot of rain the work needed to start a couple of days later than the initial timing. Damian again took the time to call in advance to let me know this. I was expecting they would be delayed but the phone call was appreciated - they really care about their customer. Crew: Started on time every day. Worked hard, but also seemed to be enjoying themselves (nice to see these days). These guys are pros - the craftsmanship on a metal roof can be a challenge and they did an amazing job! Result: I am so happy to have chosen Nailed It roofing. Pricing was super competitive, the crew came to work happy and motivated, my roof looks amazing.
