I discovered Ryan My Fireplace Guy Ltd. through online reviews, and Im happy to leave my own after receiving such great service. Dane arrived today right on time, providing plenty of notice beforehand, to clean my very old gas fireplace and furnace. Thanks to his efforts, the fireplace now looks like newhe even painted the interior walls as part of the cleaning! Dane was friendly, efficient, and thorough, taking the time to explain my options for updating both appliances and how to maintain them in good condition until replacement is necessary. Ryan came. Our pilot had gone out but we were able to get that going on our own. We were quoted $175.00 for a full annual clean and maintenance call. Super happy. Everything is spick and span and even ... pinterest worthy! Ryan scraped down the box and repainted it. It was a bit more of a serious job than we expected.Answer from pro:

Dane came and went straight to work. I was very impressed at the whole set up. First of all he covered the work area, vacuumed EVERYTHING in the fireplace and even painted the inside of the fireplace. He did this in a very timely manner. Very friendly service from my phone call to book to the service person, Dane. 10s all way around from me.Answer from pro:

On Monday, September 9, 2024 I pulled my SUV into my garage and I could smell gas. I couldnt figure out what it was. I was recommended Ryan My Fireplace Guy Fitter By my plumber/Gas Fitter who had retired. I called him that morning and Told him the issue that I had and his response was nothing but tremendously fast. He had his wonderful helper at my house within the hour. He thoroughly checked the entire furnace and the entire gas line. There was a leak found at the connector on the outside of the garage which he and his helper promptly fixed. His service was nothing less than outstanding and his prices are very reasonable. I would recommend him hands-down to anyone for any of your plumbing/gas fitting/fireplace needs. Not to mention, they both had outstanding personality and were very professional. Thank you, Ryan. I will be calling you again whenever the need arises! I checked in with Ryan's as my fireplace had not been cleaned, nor looked at in over 10 years, maybe more. Dane showed up, and cleaned it up, checked it over and all was good. Our fireplace is in the basement, so he mentioned that the service call included painting the firebox to make it look better, but the smell might be harder to get rid of. This was very considerate, and I decided it was good to go. Once he was done, I checked the area nearby and he had cleaned it up so good, I hardly knew he had been there. All in all, a great experience, and I will use them in the future..Answer from pro:
