    Customer appreciation

    In a nutshell, recent purchase of a home, bad leak in part of an addition. Called 4 companies of which only 2 called back. Edgar gave me a fair quote and when they had an opening came the next morning. The guys were so fast and so competent it was such a nice change from other contractors in the past. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Solid. Professional. Job don’t right. I would highly recommend them anytime! Thanks again guys.

    Weeping tile installation

    They responded to my inquiry very quickly with a phone call. Vlad came the same day for an estimate. They came to do the work 2 days later which was very commendable and certainly not my experience with a lot of other contractors. The work was good, quick and reasonably priced.

    Awesome customer service

    Did the job in less than 7 hours, more than 20 feet worth of water proofing. Super clean and professional highly reccomend them.

    Waterproofing PD really were a home star for us.

    Waterproofing PD had great reviews and we found them based on our neighbours recommendation. Edgar provided us with a fast, fair and accurate quote and let us know what we could expect. Vlad, the job foreman, was quick to respond to any questions and he provided us with updates as to the progress. The workers were always on time (actually arriving early and starting promptly) and they worked quickly and efficiently. To say they are hard working would be an understatement. We were very impressed. I would highly recommend using Waterproofing PD. In fact, we're planning on using them again to have a backflow sewage valve installed so prevent sewer backups into our house. Thanks for your great work Waterproofing PD, Edgar, Vlad and those hard working labourers.

    Internal waterproofing project Well Done

    Recently had our basement waterproofed from the interior and had an absolutely amazing experience with this company. Edgar and his team were wonderful to deal with from the start. It is evident that they are masters of their craft and their knowledge and expertise was much appreciated. They were very punctual, quick to respond to questions, professional and hardworking. After work was done we noticed that there was a small area where water managed to get through after after a heavy rain. (FYI we didn’t not waterproof the entire basement so that was to be expected ). The team instantly responded to our concern and came in to fix the problem. Their communication and professionalism is top notch . We highly recommend this company for any of your waterproofing needs. Thank you so much for giving us the security of having a dry basement.

    Amazing Work! Hard Working Crew!

    Waterproofing PD did an incredible job waterproofing our basement! Edgar and Vlad quickly responded to any questions and provided the necessary information in a confident and professional manner. The men who came to dig showed up at least 15 minutes early each morning and waited until 8:00 am to start digging. I have never seen harding working people in my life! They dug quickly and actually ran when getting tools and equipment for each other. Once the work was completed the area where they had thrown the dirt was spotless. Not only that, they replanted a whole lot of plants that they dug out and placed safely to one side. We could not be happier with the whole experience and highly recommend using Waterproofing PD.

    Perfect service

    We had to do some urgent work in the middle of the pandemic and the team was extremely professional and cautious. They were on time, very efficient and left everything sparkling clean which was highly appreciated. We would totally recommend them.

    main water pipe repair

    Edko replaced my leaking water pipe which was located under the basement floor. The plumber that came was very professional and explained everything to me. It started out with 1 hole in the pipe to 5 separate holes and about a 12 foot pipe replacement. The cost they quoted me was fair and accurate. After the work was completed there was a small problem with the cleanup. I called Edgar and he sent over someone right away. This company believes in good customer service. They have great employees. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of this kind of work. Thankyou for a job well done.

    Professional and Accountable

    I had Edko waterproof majority of the perimeter around my home. Also had a sump pump installed. Like many reviewers have already said, I was very pleased with their work and accountability. One example really stood out for me: After their work was done and I already paid the invoice, I noticed that one corner of the house (where they dug up and re-soiled) had collapsed due to heavy rain and a small sinkhole was created. I called Edko back just to get some advice, and without even being asked, they sent their guys to fill the hole with more soil later in the week. This level of accountability and character exceeded my expectations, and I very much appreciated it.
