I added some shallow cabinets and a free-standing island to my kitchen to improve the functionality of a very small space. Joyce and the Countertop Pro team were professional and helpful right from the start! They did not require a minimum countertop surface area and had an abundance of styles to choose from - I was able to find a beautiful quartz countertop to match my natural marble tile backsplash. Installation was only days after the measurements were finalized and I am thrilled with the results. The installers were efficient, tidy and even took the time to greet my pets. I highly recommend Countertop Pro!

Best countertop place in the province. Have the best selections, very professional, clear communication, fast service, very competitive price, and most importantly their installation is perfect. I did my countertop when I moved to a new house in 2020 and was super happy with their service, especially that I had many difficult requirements like double waterfalls etc. so I used them again for my new place this year and very satisfied again. Joyce is very professional and prompt. The entire process from quote to installation took 7 days; they could have done sooner but I was busy. Big guys quoted me 4-6 weeks as delivery/installation date from payment date. The counter top and the backsplash was installed very professionally without any issues within about 5 hours on a Saturday without a fuss. The price of the whole project was about 30% cheaper than any big box guys (I had 2 other quotes). Amazing work- speed, price, prompt execution. Thank you

Not only did they work quick they were also very clean. From the first time we entered her showroom we were greeted with a welcome. It was never a bother to call Joyce, she always took our calls. Joyce was a pleasure to work with. Great communicator, answered all our questions promptly prior to the in-home consultation. She met us at our cottage on time, and coming from the GTA 90 minutes north could be a bit challenging on a Friday evening. She brought samples and provided advice based on her many years of experience, not only as a sales person but also taking the correct measurements for the quartz countertop production. The installers are true professionals. They are clean, aware, patient, intelligent, polite, and most importantly very accurate and precise with the install. We highly recommend Countertop Pro and will definitely be using their services again.
