We had a great experience and appreciate the great level of communication and professionalism! With two potty trained toddlers at home, we were overwhelmed when our bathroom toilet and shower drain overflowed first thing in the morning. Without a working bathroom, we were in quite the predicament! Being new to the area, I had to conduct an online search and chose Yuryi due to the overwhelming number of positive reviews. He came within two hours and went straight to work. We recently completed a first-time renovation through a contractor and Yuryi was able to immediately help us with potential solutions that were in OUR best interest. He quickly brought in highly technical instruments to conduct a thorough diagnosis and even took time to take a look at another unrelated issue. He completed an inspection, but reccomended we approach our contractor first, in order for any repairs to be completed by them, saving us thousands of dollars we would have paid for him to complete an extensive project. Our contractor's plumber did return and even had to call Yuryi for information because he did not have an extra long snake with a scope camera. I was extremely impressed with Yuryi's level of honesty, transparency and fairness. He could have been self-serving in that situation, and was not at all. That is something extremely hard to come by! One other aspect we appreciated was that Yuryi let us know when he was on his way, as well as called to check in with us following his house call. We still have to complete renovations on our other bathroom and kitchen and will definitely go with him, and continue referring him to others. If you are looking for fast service, good communication, and a professional who is thorough and not just there to sell you services and make money, GAZDA is the company!

We purchased a semi-detached home in Toronto that required an entirely new plumbing system. Yuriy did a fantastic job and by far was the best contractor we worked with on the entire home renovation. We had our stack replaced, and new hot and cold water plumbing lines run through the basement, main and second floor (includes basement laundry, main floor kitchen and upstairs master bathroom). Not only was he quick to respond to our request for a quote, but his pricing was fair and the job was done efficiently, on time and within budget. He worked well around the other contractors and was extremely flexible with timing for when he could come to do the final finishes. Now that we have moved into the house and the job has been completed and paid for, whenever we have any questions he still answers us and provides us with any support we need, even offering to come in if required. What we've learned through our renovation is that it's hard to find trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable contractors with fair pricing like Yuriy. We are extremely pleased with his work and customer service and would highly recommend Gazda plumbing to anyone.

This was our first time using Gazda and we were very pleased with the results. Yuriy came at a time that was convenient for us and was very thorough, efficient and professional. We highly recommend them and will be using them in the future!

Yuriy and his team did an amazing job at our house from start to finish. I found him to be very responsive and he took the time to explain what he was going to do before I hired him for the job. He stood out amongst all the plumbers we contacted for our job. When the job started, Yuriy showed up on time and completed all of his work in a timely manner. I was very impressed with the quality of the work, and the lengths he went to make sure that the job was cleaned up to our liking. He even came back weeks later to make sure everything was in good shape. He also took the time to explain what he was doing as the work was being completed, which really helped our understanding of the system. I would recommend Yuriy to anyone that needs plumbing work done in the city.

This is our third experience dealing with Yuri from Gazda. We are delighted to have found him. He answers calls right away and comes out to assist as quickly as he can. Yuri specializes in plumbing, but his company is easily able to handle bigger projects such as digging and fixing cracked foundations, as he did at our house. The Gazda guys came out as soon as I called them, gave me an estimate of the job, and then very quickly completed the job just as promised. Everything works great. They were very professional and I am extremely satisfied with the work they did.

I hired Gazda after quitting quotes from several companies. They had the best prices and and actually came by to give the quote in person. The work done has been perfect and they were very thorough. Would recommend to give Gazda a call for any plumbing needs.

Really appreciate all the helps received. Very professional and dedicated to the details, think of the customer’s benefits on priority and gives proper response in time. Even though the work is much heavier than we thought it would be, they still managed to accomplish with all the details are taken care. Great experience overall and definitely would recommend.

Yuriy and his coworker were very professional. We have had a slow leak issue that I thought was fixed but came back a few months after the first fix by someone else. Yuriy provided a quote and came back a few days later to investigate and find out where the leak was coming from. Once he found where the leak was coming from, he was very helpful in explaining the cause and how he was able to fix it. Highly recommend Gazda plumbing services.
