I received excellent service from Mike with Summer Breeze Appliance for my washing machine that was leaking water underneath it. I would highly recommend him. At my request, he called me to discuss an approximate price quote for diagnosis, and repair cost for various washing machine issues in order to decide which repair company to use. He replaced the leaking washing machine hose with 2 new hoses. There was an issue after he did the job and promptly returned to fix the issue. The $ price for the repair was reasonable. He was professional and knowledgeable. I would use him again in the future if required.

WORST customer service! They came to fix under warranty, as soon as the tech left, the problem happened again. I called office immediately. David refused to send tech back and actually fix the problem that they got PAID to fix!! Do not purchase Samsung product if this is the only company they use for warranty repair. Daivd is RUde, arrogant, and dishonest! Most dishonest company I have ever had to deal with. DIshonest and do not care about customer's needs or problems! I can't say WORST company enough times!!

Really happy with the service provided by Jess. He was really good at communicating with me and could get me an appointment the next day. After having a not great experience with my builder the friendliness and professionalism shown by Jess was a breath of fresh air.

Exceptional - drove from Calgary to Banff ($400 base price, but no travel costs after that) and it took 2 visits to get our lemon of a fridge going. Our LG fridge is only 9 years old - now I think almost everypart has been replaced! some on warranty over the last 2 years. Mark, Tim and Dave arrived on time, diagnosed there was not a leak, the refrigerant wasn't fully charged and the software update was not done when the compressor was replaced last fall. We tried that... but still the freezer and and ice maker was not working. They thought it could be a blocked line. Mark came out this week and replaced the line (no easy task - involved welding in a new line to replace the old). Still not working... so he replaced the drier... working like a charm now!! These guys take pride in doing a good and honest job. They will go above and beyond to get the appliance to work again. Our fridge was quite the investment for us and we thought we were buying quality. Thanks to Summer Breeze our fridge was not a "throw away" item.

Oven quit -Tim came late on Friday, replaced the fuse, all within 24 hours. Joyful, courteous and efficient! Thanks!

Our tech, Mark, arrived on schedule, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a 1/2 hour. Also appreciated his friendly manner and frankness.

We purchased a large Samsung 29 cuft fridge at a big-box retailer w delivery / takeaway included. Problem: The delivery people were incompetent - They got it into our front hall, but would not remove the fridge doors to get it up to the final location. Samsung recommended several Calgary appliance / repair firms. Summer Breeze owner, David, responded. He arranged for one of his associates, Mike, to drop by that afternoon and assess the situation. Next morning, Mike arrived at 9:00am to remove the 4 doors to prepare for move. Dave joined him at 9:30 and the got the fridge moves up the 3 stairs and to its location in the kitchen without any dame to fridge or home. Mike reinstalled the doors and completed the leveling and install. Problem solved and cost was fair. Dave and Mike both take pride in doing a good job and treated me as a valued customer. Summer Breeze Appliance Ltd. will get all my future appliance repairs as they arise. Great competent service at a fair price. Thank you Dave and Mike!
