Our upstairs bathroom had a mold problem, and also needed demolition of the bathtub area for renovations. We had an excellent experience with David and Keniel from Green Life. The work was more complex since a longstanding water leak was discovered (during the demolition) that had also created a nasty mold problem in the ceiling on the main floor! And the demolition was tricky too as they needed to preserve some of the decorative tiles on the walls for us. From beginning to end, they were very thorough, conscientious, and paid close attention to detail. Their work was really impressive, and I do not hesitate to give them my highest recommendation. Mold was discovered in my attic when I was preparing to sell my house. I obtained some estimates for the remediation work, and decided to go with Green Life as I liked the solution they recommended. I also thought their price was reasonable. Their crew spent several hours in the attic, spraying all the mold, then fogging the space to make sure nothing was missed. The guys were efficient, hard-working and they cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. I had brought in an independent testing company to determine the scope of the problem before dealing with the remediation. The same company re-tested after the work was done and confirmed that there were no more signs of mold. Im very pleased with the work that Green Life did, and I would recommend the company to anyone dealing with this sort of problem.Answer from pro:

We had a property that was in the works of a major renovation, with everything set up to begin, we discovered that all the walls had asbestos in them. We called Jason from Green Life Restoration and the next day he and his crew were in the property getting work done. The abatement took only 4 days to complete and it was done perfectly without complaint. The communication and overall professionalism from Jason and his crew made feel very confident in the work that they were doing. They were able to complete this abatement so quick that the initial project didn't have to be delayed. Going into this abatement I had no knowledge regarding the process or necessary steps but Jason was very informative and taught me a lot about asbestos and its different types of abatement. I would strongly suggest Green Life Restoration for all your restoration projects if you want a quick, thorough and professional job done.Answer from pro:

We bought a 100 year old house which required the removal of a lot of asbestos wrapping and tiles. They did an excellent job getting all of this out and subsequent air quality tests proved their effectiveness. We also undertook a major renovation that required the removal of all flooring and several walls. This was done amazingly quickly with all debris removed and the home left very clean for the rebuild. We have no reservations about recommending these guys for environmental or demolition projects.Answer from pro:

I called Green Life because I was concerned that I had mold growing in my basement. Jason agreed to send someone to look at the problem. Green life restoration services were amazing service. I found out that I had mold in one of my buildings and initially I was expecting clean up in the New Year. They made it a priority and got me in before Christmas and everything shuts down. They realized my concern about growth of the mold and my tenants issues.
