Roof Repair
We had a leak in our spare room. My neighbor recommended Leon to us so we called him and within a day he came to look at our roof. Instead of pushing us to have our flat roof replaced he showed pictures of were the water could be getting in and how he could fix it. He showed pictures of what he did after and it all looked nice and tidy. He also recommended changing the right side of the house's gutter because it was dripping and not angled correctly. We will be calling him back in the spring to replace it. If you want and honest opinion and great service I would highly recommend Toronto Roof Repair. Leon is fantastic!

Great Roofing repair and vent replacement service
I needed to urgently repair a few shingles and a vent that blew off after a snowstorm on my roof and there I was, looking for a roofing company on google and found the website I called to book an appointment for a free estimate. Leon answered my call right away and booked me an appointment for the next day. I especially would like to mention the consistency of communication as the worker Joe called me to confirm before he started his route to me the next day. Joe was on time, he climbed the roof and checked everything, showed me photos, and explained what need to be done providing me with variety of choices for the vent repair and a price for the shingle repair. I agreed to the estimate and he started right away. When all was done, they provided me with an email invoice with photos and I was able to pay by e-transfer as I needed to go back to work and couldn’t stay there with him. I am highly satisfied with the service and how easy the process was!

Gutter Replacement
Ice buildup had bent and pulled eaves trough away from the roof despite attempts by two previous contractors to repair it. Leon was the only one of three companies contracted who actually came out to the house to inspect the situation. He provided a couple of different solutions and we agreed on a simple one as a trial for the coming winter. His technician arrived early on the appointed day and installed a new gutter with leaf guards within a couple of hours and with extra supports over the problem area. Leon came by later to personally inspect that the job was to both our satisfactions. Both were polite and very knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Roof leak and relocate bathroom vent
We urgently needed someone to come out and inspect a roof leak and Leon from Toronto Roof Repairs Inc. was able to come out on short notice the next day. He was able to quickly identify the problem which turned out to be a leak from a roof vent which was not properly installed by a previous contractor. He provided a detailed explanation and multiple options so that we could make an informed decision. Leon then was able to book us in the next day and arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was done. He relocated a bathroom vent, installed new ductwork, and patched the existing opening, matching the existing shingles exactly. His work was top notch and I would recommend Toronto Roof Repairs Inc. without hesitation

Roof repairs
I was really impressed with this company. They provide quick service. I dealt with Leon. The day he was supposed to come we were having unusually high winds. He called to explain that it was unsafe to work on the roof which is totally understandable. He rescheduled me to the very next day, came on time, did a thorough examination and got my approval before starting any work. He was efficient and thorough. Above all, he was very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend.

Roof repair
I have leakage in roof, Leon responded in timely fashion and give me the right advice. He find the small holes in metal PC of the roof and applied silicone to avoid expensive repairs.

Shingles replaced
Called Leon on Saturday and he came by on Monday. He called to let me know how long it was going to take him to get to my house. He replaced some shingles and fixed a couple loose ones. He was very pleasant to deal with! Would definitely deal with him again!

Quick and Professional
We needed a 25 foot section of flashing replaced in a rather tricky spot. Not only did Leon replace the aged and failing flashing, he improved its fit to the house and coverage drastically. His team also installed a new 25 foot section of eaves and a 20 foot downspout, which looks perfect and improved our drainage situation. Leon and his team were on site three days after we hired him and completed their work in a single day, without leaving a scrap of garbage behind. They also left us with two lengths of replacement downspout should we wish to adjust or replace other downspouts on our property free of charge. Leon came back two days later to check the work over with us and make sure that we were satisfied with the job. We certainly were. Thank you, Leon!

Professional team
Leon and his team installed an exhaust vent on my roof. He also went the extra miles by fixing a couple of minor issues on the roof when he got up there and did not charge me for that. I would definitely use Toronto Roof Repairs for my future roof jobs.

Roof vent replaced, vent closed & past poor work on shingles fixed.
Excellent work! Very professional job. Delivered what was promised. Arrived on time for the job, took pictures of the before and after. Cleaned up the work site after the job. Will definitely recommend his services to anyone without any hesitation.
