    lighting fixtures repair and change

    Great service and professionalism. We had 6 lights out of order in the store. I got a quote by email and scheduled the repair/changing fixtures to LED/. I recommend to everybody-home or business.

    Electrician was Very Professional and Friendly

    Kitchen / Family Room Pot Light Remodel

    Long story short, I would not recommend Gravity Electrical. Connor was late, and left early every day. A 2 day job turned into 4. He also took every opportunity to cut corners, or cut costs from my initial quote. Whether it was, asking to: - Run wire on top of my cabinets instead of in the attic I had asked for. - Run 14/2 wire from my master lightswitch instead of the 14/3 I requested so I could power my light / fan independently. - Use remotes instead of mechanical switches in my kitchen like I had requested. None of this happened, but only because I was there to babysit. On top of that, their Drywalling contractor charged me $1800 for 6 hours of work. I get it's a small job, to patch 5 holes after an electrician comes in. But to charge $300 / hour, is a tough pill to swallow any way you look at it. I was estimated $1000. I have never, had an estimate come in at almost double, without being consulted. At the end of the day, I feel like their drywaller ripped me off, and their electrician was good but only marginally better then DIY. And to further drive home that point: Both Connor and Pelumi said that I wouldn't be able to power the fan / light in my master bedroom independently. Wouldn't even try to wire it up so that I could. I tried, and it works as expected. Power to my fan is controlled by the remote that came with it, and power to the light is controlled from the light switch.

    Hi Glenn, I'm sorry that you are disappointed with your experience. Estimating drywall repairs is always tricky. Which is why we state very clearly in writing and verbally that those numbers are just estimates. Aside from the drywall repairs, our pricing on the quote, was the exact same as on the invoice. The signed quote and our email discussions, clearly stated that remote switches would be used to save on drywall holes and repairs. It was at your request that the mechanical switches were used causing additional drywall removal and subsequent repairs.     Legal Suite Electrical

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Pelumi, Nick, and Stefan from Gravity Electrical Solutions, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. Pelumi was very responsive and accommodating with the job details; Nick was very skilled and knowledgeable in his field; and Stefan was very professional and friendly. The work they did was top-notch, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of electrical work. Overall, I had a great experience with Gravity Electrical Solutions, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

    Service Manager at Advance Tank Centres

    Fixture swapping extravaganza

    I had 3 light fixtures swapped out. Gravity Electrical responded to my email within hours and I was fortunate to book them the next day. Jason came to my house and in less than 3 hours was able to assemble and install my 3 new light fixtures, 2 of which were on vaulted ceilings. I'm impressed with the work and happy with the value. I have more lights I want to switch out now. I will definitely use Gravity again.

    Wiring Issue

    I contacted Gravity Electrical to find the issue with wiring of door bell. The technician arrived in time, he did a throught investigation of the probem and gave a clear solution. He was professional and knowledeable. We did not go ahead with the repairs however for now.
