Called on a Tuesday and they were able to come the next day. I asked what the starting rate was and they advised it shouldn’t be more than that. When I got the invoice it was exactly that amount. They were professional and very nice to deal with. Would recommend them for any future electrical issues. Very satisfied!!!

He had some challenging things to install, and the other electrical business we had quote, said they would have to cut the wall open to do the install - but Jason was able to fish the wire and install the boxes with out and damage to the walls at all, which saves use time and money! We needed some immediate service and Gravity provided it to us. Electrical problems in your home are not to be taken lightly, they can be dangerous in this type of construction. Gravity understands that and the young polite technician was at our home on time and prepared for the job. Fraser checked the problem and fixed it right away. Our kitchen is from 1970's and Gravity helped install 4 brand new light fixtures, updated 5 plugs/switches and various other small projects - Our kitchen now belongs in 2020. From original contact (via website) to final tidy up of job - Gravity Electrical Solutions were excellent to work with: The response for a quote was timely and effective, the in home pre-job walk through was professional and efficient - estimator asked lots of questions we didn't think of and answered all of our questions. The journeyman electrician was prompt (never late) and worked diligently to complete entire scope of work... the original timeline needed to be extended by a day and this was communicated during the first day of work - Gravity was up front with changes. Thank-you for the help and being professional - we would recommend using Gravity for Electrical needs.
