    Knowledgeable, prompt and courteous

    Our home in Killarney needed 8 original basement windows replaced. We contacted Window Mart who sent Ivan to talk about the project with us, detail the Window Mart product and provide a quotation. After a week reviewing the quote and requesting some changes Ivan returned and provided an updated quotation onsite that was within the project budget. Ivan was knowledgeable, prompt and courteous throughout which made the process pleasant.

    Very knowledgeable and great to deal with. Very excited about the upcoming replacements.

    Ivan came to my home in Greenview in the evening to take measurements. I was very happy not to miss work to get this part out of the way. I found Ivan to be very knowledgeable and understanding. I was a little overwhelmed by the options and information but Ivan guided me through the process. He gave me enough information to make an informed decision on my own. He also had great samples to see and feel the products and options for myself. I was also VERY happy to receive an on site quote. All the decision have been made, I have seen the numbers and my windows are on their way. I am very excited.

    Great presentation and education

    Window mart representative Ivan showed the details during his presentation between different types of window glass especially the most efficient kind that can save money both winter and summer time.He was amazing...and good communicator. For so many company that came to my house only Window mart was able to convince me because i understand the way they present the quality of their product.

    Great company and people

    Daria and Ivan the project specialits were were helpful and easy to deal with. Daria came back in May and explained all the details about the windows and helped with financing, but we needed some time before we could go ahead. Ivan then came and customized the payment plan for us. We live in Hawkwood NW and most of our windows are in bad shape and need to be changed before winter. We will recommend Window Mart to all our friends and relatives.

    Windows and Door Replacement

    I have a parent on my school bus road who had windows done by Window Mart. I don't like pushy people and Jon wasn't pushy at all and provided me with all the information I needed. He was pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. My husband and I came to Edmonton from Lloydminster to visit Window Mart office and saw their showroom. The staff was excellent and receptionist Amanda was warm, cheerful and friendly. Jon was extremely patient with us which is rare nowadays. I would recommend Window Mart to anyone.

    Excellent all around

    I just moved to a new house in Calgary and the windows needed to be replaced. Ivan came to measure the windows (unlike the other window companies) and took the time to explain every feature of the windows and all the options I had. The features of the windows are like an upgrade from the other places - except the prices are very comparable. They also included installation in the quote (which the other companies I checked didn’t actually offer). Best part, in my case, was the financing, which allowed me to do all the windows in the house at once. The windows and the installing even come with 20 years warraty! Ivan was very informative and I’m very excited to have new windows.

    Best in Calgary

    Bob came and gave me a great price on windows and then we dediced to replace our front door and had Ivan come and help us with that too. Amazing customer service, highly recommend Window Mart, they are the best in Calgary.

    Casement window repair

    I would highly recommend this company! I found them on Homestars and emailed one evening that was 32 degrees and my windows wouldn’t open. I received a call and appointment for the next day. Tisha showed up on time, was very professional and fixed and ensured my windows were working for me.

    Straightforward and educational. Solid company

    We liked how Ivan presented everything straightforward and to the point. We live in Riverbend and ordered front and side doors 2 months ago through Window Mart and Ivan came today to talk about windows and we decided to replace all of them before the coming winter. Our neighbors next door also chose Window Mart to do their windows. We feel we got a good deal and are excited about the upcoming renovations.

    Great company

    Ivan did a great job of explaining all the good points about the windows and helping us to make choices for our house in Arbour Lake. We feel confident about dealing with this company.
