An all round very positive experience with the chimney repair services (new concrete cap, flue tiles, screen w/ rain cap, replace damaged brick, tuck point chimney) provided by Alex at Mercers Masonry. He was very prompt, professional and courteous from beginning through to the end. He responded the day of my initial email request and was able to arrange to visit/provide a quote the following day. The job was completed within the week of accepting the quote and the work area was tidy and clean when arrived home from work to the finished job. Appreciated the pictures before and after and the clear and straight forward communication along the way. Very happy with the job well done. Jeff

Alex came and assessed the situation. We discussed the best solutions for what I was looking to have done. Alex and his team accurately mixed color to the mortar to match it to the other sides of the house making it appear as if it had been that way all along they worked hard and efficiently to get the job done Taking time in between and at the end of each day to wash and clean there work space and surrounding area thanks again for a job well done

Alex Mercer was very perfessional and knowledgeable. He took pictures before, during and after which in return made me feel as though I was a part of the job.
