    Customer satisfaction

    Good products and service. They stand behind their work to ensure their customers are fully satisfied. Great communication between staff and client and if problems arise, they step up to the plate. Would recommend this group

    Great job on a new basement window

    This endless lockdown has forced me to work long hours from my basement. I really needed more light to make the long days easier, and Leon team were able to deliver. Quick, professional, and reasonably priced.

    Windows and doors installation

    Leon and his team were fantastic from start to finish. We contacted over ten companies for our big job (40+ windows and doors) one of them being Trust Build. Leon from Trust Build stood out in every way - knowledgeable about their work, prompt in responding from start to end, and importantly, competitive pricing given the big job. Instantly after meeting Leon we could tell that great customer service is a high priority to the company. Now that the work is done, we are so pleased with it that we’d happily and confidently recommend Trust Build to friends and family considering updating their doors/windows. The crew spent long hours everyday to get our job done on time. They literally worked non-stop and were again very knowledgeable. Couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Trust Build. The process was smooth from start to finish and Leon and his crew are the reason why!

    New front door

    After meeting Alex and discussing our front door options, I immediately felt comfortable and knew I could count on him for our every need. Alex went above and beyond our expectations. He is extremely knowledgeable - he took the time to explain every detail of our front door and discussed elements that we did not know or consider when meeting other companies. He was professional, responsive, and so unbelievably kind. We dealt with countless contractors during our home renovations and none can compare to Alex. Our front door was made exceptionally well and Vito did an excellent job with the installation. Alex thank you so much for all of your hard work. I had such a great experience working with you and appreciate your attention to detail and genuine care. I look forward to working with you again.

    New front door

    Contacted Leon regarding replacing my front door. Leon and his team were very knowledgeable and efficient. We waited a bit longer than expected, however Leon kept us apprised of the delay. We love our new door and recommend Leon and team to everyone.

    Great company!

    Affordable, efficient, tidy, professional! Leon and all the installers were great to work with. Great at answering questions and working with the customer. Such a positive experience working with Trust Build, I would highly recommend for windows, doors, and garage doors.

    Windows cut out and new windows, doors

    Very professional and they did all the process for us. From applying for the city permit modyfing the structure of the house for new windows cut out to the actual work of cutting the brick walls and installing the new windows. Also replacing the front and the garage doors with very high quality ones and professionally installed. they took care of everything avoiding us the nightmare of having to deal with different companies or contractors so with that in mind.. their prices are very competitive and worth every penny.. Highly recommended.

    Complete Windows and Patio Door Replacement

    We recently purchased a new home and realized that we needed to replace all the windows and doors in the house. In other to ensure quality and timely delivery of the job, we received quotes from several window suppliers/manufacturers. However, agreeing to go with Trust Build was a no-brainer because of the excellent and professional conduct and guidance from Leon. His suggestions and bespoke solutions to suit our unique circumstances was endearing. We had no doubt that they will deliver as promised. Prior to the delivery and installation period, Leon kept in touch to keep us abreast of development on the time of delivery. The installations were quick, superb and professionally done. I should also add that their products were environment friendly and climatically controlled. I certainly will recommend them to my friends and of course use them again in the future.     Great Service and Quality

    We had a great experience with Alex and Trust Build. The price was highly competitive and the quality of the windows is second to none. The windows are beautiful and we continue to get compliments about them. I didn't realize how bad my old windows were. During this heat wave, there is very little heat coming from outside and the A/C is running less as we are not losing the cold through the windows. I would highly recommend Trust Build.
