My air-conditioner wouldnt turn on and I was fearing the worst. My past experience have been technicians rooting to replace the board/entire unit and giving expensive quotes instead of trying to fix the faulty component. Aziz arrived promptly on time and took me through a step by step diagnosis of the problem, identified the faulty component and fixed it. Will absolutely recommend. Just FYI.The service charge to show up is not absorbed within the diagnostic fee (or)labour (or) parts. Also labour charges are not flat, they can vary based on the faulty component being diagnosed and fixed. I found it economical than replacing the entire unit or board which will turn out to be much expensive.

I noticed a leak in the furnace room. I am moving a month from now and had to have the leak fixed. I called on a Thursday, and booked an appointment for Saturday, I was not available for a Friday appointment. Axis from Zeeco Water arrived promptly, he found the root cause, explained everything to me. Very efficient and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend and/or use their services again, should I ever have another issue.
