    Our air conditioner wouldn't work

    Zeeco was amazing. We started out with our air conditioner not working... but there were other things that we were not aware of that were not working properly. The tech came in and diagnosed and fixed all the issues we had with not only our air conditioner but with the furnace itself. Thank you Zeeco... we will be cool for the summer and heat for the winter months!

    furnace maintenance

    Furnace maintenance done Oct.5/18. Technichian suggested further service on 2 gas fireplaces to which I agreed but unfortunately, no quote was given or inquired about by me until after said work was done. To my dismay I was charged 635.00 which I was totally unprepared to pay as we are on a fixed monthly budget! Also, we had to provide a vacuum cleaner to the technician to do the cleaning! I realize that I should have asked the price before work was performed, but in all fairness, the technician should have provided a verbal quote for the extra work beyond the cleaning of the furnace. I feel we were taken advantage of for such a quick service call.

    Thermostat not working

    Zeeco’s Mr. Aziz responded to an emergency call for our air conditioner not working on a hot summer day. We thought the air conditioner was broken. But Mr. Aziz was systematic in his diagnosis. He determined that the problem was with the thermostats Eco B. Settings. He was highly knowledgeable about the new technology and moreover honest in his dealings! He did not try to over charge for an AC issue but fixed the minor issue with the thermostat wiring and settings quickly. He saved 100s of dollars, potentially, that a dishonest service person could have easily charged. Mr. Aziz was absolutely efficient and a treat to work with. Lovely interaction and highly recommended for his sheer professionalism.

    Air conditioning repair

    He arrived very quickly and repaired our central AC straight away. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing.

    Central Air Unit Replacement

    During the extreme heat we experienced on Canada Day 2018, our central air broke down. Despite the fact that it was a holiday, Aziz from Zeeco promptly attended our home and made arrangements to replace our central air unit. He did the job with courtesy and made sure the unit was working well before he left. We would most definitely reccomend Aziz and Zeeco for their work ethic and professionalism.

    Quick and efficient service BUT watch out for gouging

    We awoke to our furnace not functioning, called Zeeco and they were able to get a technician here within an hour, which is fantastic for a Sunday morning. We were informed over the phone that there would be a $100 diagnosis fee as an initial charge. The technician informed us the price of the part needed, but what shocked us was the $250 labour fees. From the moment the technician arrived to the time he completed the work it was 40 minutes. To pay $350 for 40 minutes of service is absolutely ridiculous, and because of that we will not be using Zeeco again in the future, nor will we recommend their company to others.

We apologize if you feel the labour charges was pricey (we also offered a discount $30 off on labour) so we charged 220 for labour costing in total for $320 for the job, but take in considerarion, it was a emergency call and we had sent a technician to you within an hour while other companies would have delayed especially on a Sunday morning. We sent a technician who has 20 years of experience and knowledge in this field which is why it wasn't difficult for the technician to find the problem during diagnosis and apply a solution with great time efficiency!

    Air conditioning Installation

    We got lucky to find Zeeko on Google. After talking with Aziz's he gave us options as to what would be the best for our needs. We went ahead with his company and we weren't disappointed. The work was clean and neat he paid attention to detail. My wife and I have had other contractors in the past and it was a constant struggle the work not done right. Great job Azizs. You get all our work in the future and we will pass the word.

    Furnace Repair

    Aziz, is an amazing technician, honest, trustworthy, very knowledgeable, prompt, explained everything to me thoroughly, he was very polite, respectable.. He made me feel very comfortable with him in my home, and my furnace, he is definitely a plus 10+++++++++ I Highly Recommend!!!!!!
