The process was great! My first contact was with Nortbert, who took me through options, prices, and dates. His assistant, Zaneta was very efficient re sending me pre-roofing requirements and laster collecting payment. The 4 roofers were great - - they worked non-stop despite the hot weather conditions, wanting to complete work that day, as rain was forecast for the next day. They finished late and came back early the next morning for a thorough cleanup. I was very pleased with Breno. They had replaced my fiancee's roof last year and we were equally pleased!!!

Breno roofers arrived on time to our semi-detached home in Toronto and the replacement was done at a reasonable price in one day. The roofers were polite and distanced (covid). They cleaned up afterwards and did a great job on the roof which is under warranty for 15 years. Their price was much lower than some other companies I received quotes from, but it was using the same materials and the Breno workers seemed skilled. Very happy with the quick response on all communications and the price came in slightly UNDER their quote. Thank you to the Breno company for an excellent experience in this time of covid.

Materials were delivered, roofing was done, and clean-up was completed as scheduled. Norbert and Zaneta promptly answered all the questions I had before, during and after the job. The roof workers were well co-ordinated and got the entire job done in a 10-hour day. I have already referred a neighbour to Breno. Update July 2023: The roofing and insulation was done a few years ago. A year ago, I asked Norbert by e-mail about the mould that was now appearing around the top of upstairs outer walls. To date, I have not had any reply. Very Disappointing.

Breno Roofing installed my roof two years ago and did an excellent job. I was happy back then. Recently had a racoon problem, Norbert was contacted and came by almost immediately to repair the problem. He quickly and professionally repaired the damaged roof. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with this company. Breno's work, service and professionalism should be the standard for all industries. I highly recommend him and his company to anyone planning on installing a new roof.

The crew showed up right at 7AM They worked their butts off in 35 degree heat and finished the job around 8 that night. They cleaned up thoroughly including using a magnetic bar to get all the nails. Very impressed. It rained that night and the leak in the porch roof is gone. Great crew!

Received a quote on a friends recommendation. It was competitive and gave different shingle options. The work was to take place after Covid but we started to get leaks so I emailed Norbert and asked if it could be done sooner as i now thought it was essential. Dropped samples Monday and scheduled Thursday before more rain was forecast. This company went out of their way to look after my interests. The roof looks great and the clean up was fantastic. Still haven't found any nails and they surrounded the house with a tarp.

Replaced roof damaged by raccoons. Job was done quickly and efficiently, with full cleanup, though did find the odd nail or two on our deck. Willing to come back for additional repairs.

This is a remarkable company, with remarkably skilled, honourable people determined to do their absolute best for their customers. We couldn't believe our good fortune; it's for real, and not for show. The tradesmen work for Breno alone (they are not subcontracted), and they are committed to working for this outstanding family-owned business. I see a future with Breno filling a much needed niche in the incredibly fraught roofing market in central Toronto. (It's not unusual for those of us with older homes to have done more than a couple years of research into new roof; we have acquired more than a few quotes. It's a soul-destroying process because you can't believe the prices you are being quoted ... as much as three times what you know is a fair price for a new roof. And homeowners don't want to take-on the risk of contracting with the smaller roofing companies when they learn that business for them is largely limited to repairs. Such is the stranglehold that the known roofing companies in Toronto (as sub-contractors) have on the business through their monopoly-like powers.

Norbert was kind enough to remove the portion of satellite that bell could not and repair a few shingles. He fit this job into his busy schedule and was greatly appreciated.
