Amazing work from Nick and his team. We had a dilapidated garage roof that needed replacement, and missing shingles from a windstorm in the spring. From the beginning, Nick was thorough in assessing the work involved, and was transparent when further work was necessary, trying to minimize the extra costs required. Their flexibility and patience in explaining to us the work they were doing, and thorough clean-up after the work was done, was greatly appreciated. If you want to hire a roofing company that knows what they're doing, give Nick and his team a call.

Had persistent leak near chimney. Chimney rebuild did not fix it but this company was able to locate the actual issue quickly, show me photos, and did the repair promptly.

Nick and his team did an outstanding job. Completed the job in two days. It was comforting to see the owner on the roof as part of the team. You can tell Nick takes pride in his work as the worksite was clean at all times. Very professional.

Removed and replaced old flat roof and eaves. Nick responded quickly and provided a free written estimate that was itemized, detailed, and matched the actual job in the end. Their estimate was a fair bit lower than quotes from other companies, including one that charged $200 for an estimate, but I think that's because Toronto Premier Roofing doesn't have the same overheads as bigger companies. They're a family business, and Nick and his crew were great to deal with from start to finish. They communicated well and clearly cared about doing a good job. They were even able to get the job done on surprisingly short notice (for the summer busy season) before we left for vacation. Our yard is difficult to access, being in downtown Toronto, and the one thing they could have done better would have been to knock on our door first on the morning of the job, before they knocked on our neighbours' door to ask for access. It worked out fine in this case, and Nick and his crew were friendly, professional, and got the job done on schedule with a thorough cleanup afterward. We'll see how it goes with the new roof itself over the coming year, but based on the price and the experience with Toronto Premier Roofing, we're glad we went with them rather than a bigger company. We definitely recommend them and would hire them again.

Nick and crew were pleasant and professional throughout the project. All were eager to ensure work done to my satisfaction. Quick, clean and efficient workmanship.

Remove old shingles from pitched roof; new shingles; new membrane on flat roof terrace. Also laid artificial grass on flat roof for labour only cost. Great guys to work with; great cleanup after. Working in downtown Toronto location which can be very difficult. Very polite and honest. Highly recommend!

I took three quotations for the job and Nick was by far the most thorough in his assessment of my roof. He gave a good description of what needed to be done, went over potential trouble spots, and provided a cost analysis on site (including pictures). He was genuine and patient with questions I had and the interaction never felt rushed. Out of the three, he seemed the most worthy of the good reviews that all of them had. He was able to schedule a day sooner than I expected. Nick and the crew arrived on time and performed as advertised. Thankful that I found company that I would use again.
