My home security service was upgraded as my current system was outdated and it was done at no extra cost to me.

They call to do an upgrade at no cost to me and come back to thier company, which I was with till it was taken over by another , and now,they are on thier own again and local

I had Capital Home security before another company took over. One of the important features is that it is a western based company.

I set up my system under a different company and a few months later another company bought it. I was very unhappy with the service it only worked half the time and could never get a good answer from customer service, so I just stopped calling and figured I was stuck paying for this crappy service. Then along come this new company which offered to take over my contract, upgrade some equipment I was very excited that I would have a proper system. The sales rep was very good answered all my question and a gentleman came the next day and installed my new equipment with a couple upgrade. Thanks so much guys from being in Calgary and offering this service.

Was very impressed with my questions being answered. Was also very impressed with the tech Mathew who installed the equip.

We were fed up with our previous alarm company, contract was up and I had spoken to the gentleman that had sold us our previous alarm setup, needless to say he did not recommend them again, instead he had a representative contact us from Capitol, he answered all my questions, day at day, with the most positive attitude! Install was professional and the representative even called after to make sure everything had gone well.

Right from the start we were impressed by your Product Consultant. He gave us all the options and explained clearly what we would get. There was no pressure or big sales pitch, which was good, as that would have put me off. Presentation was very well done. Then your technician, when he came to install proved himself very capable and engaging. He explained the system well and took us through the whole system so we understood it. He was very patient and courtious. Coodoes to both of these young men!

I had no idea that our security company serviced our area in terms of maintenance, until Capitol came to explain it to me. They are very personable and easy to get ahold of. Very pleased so far.
