I am glad this one is easier to manage and installation was done quickly, well done.

Representative came to the door and explained very professionally and politely the service they offered. He took all the time wwe needed to explain things.The installer was equally as helpful.

After my experience, All i can say is if these guys come knocking at your door. You should slam it in their face. Don't ever let these people into your home.

Blake showed up at the right time as my contract was up with another company (which I was planning on cancelling) . He made it easy to sign up at a great price (guarantee for 5 years). Installation was professional and all staff I've conversed with since, have been delightful. I foresee a pleasant future!

I have had such bad customer service as I have from this company. I would advise you strongly to else where if are reading this review. So unprofessional. I would never ever recommend this company to any one. I don’t even care how good the system works ( which it’s not awesome) the way I was spoken to by several people was horrible. I would never tell someone to sigh up with this company. Horrible experience. Just horrible

What started off as not realizing it wasn't our existing security company we were dealing with at the door, it went downhill from there. However, the technicians did a great job installing what their work order must have described, and demonstrating the new panel. Since then, though...There have been unfulfilled promises and delays in delivering to us our agreement and its terms and conditions (I'm still waiting for them to forward me the auto-generated email with our agreement attached that was supposedly sent in July.); there was the installation for sensors we declined, and now billing for monitoring we didn't want; the most glaring is the lack of professionalism in their correspondence, and dismal service in dealing with customer concerns. Despite the agreement indicating that services were not accepted and many opportunities to correct what shows to be an oversight, the company refuses to amend their invoice; some would consider these unsavory business practices. Ask yourself, do you want to do business with a company having this low of a level of customer care? Should you, regardless of my experience, engage with them, I suggest you don’t worry so much about what you signed, but ensure you receive within DAYS the system's auto-generated email with the agreement and its Terms and Conditions attached, then read EVERY LINE to ensure it is everything YOU want. I wish you a better experience than I had.

Installer was very friendly and very efficient and knowledgeable about the security system. We wanted to stay with a Canadian company. The panel is very nice and the installer made sure we knew how to use it.
