Justin and his crew built a fence on our property line with the neighbor . We are very happy with the final result. The price and the quality were great.

The guys doing the job where fast and efficient. Great team, great to talk too. Workmanship is second to none couldn't be happier with the fence and privacy fence.

Very professional service! The work done very well, immediately after the snow fall, with salt application. Responded for the additional requests very quickly. Once even came all the way to help with removing an icy huge snowbank from the driveway, which has been created by the city snowplowing truck. Very reliable company with honest service!

In the Fall of 2018 we provided a $6000 deposit to JWC construction to build us an upper level deck, to start in the spring of 2019. Drawings and permits were to be handled by JWC, as noted in the qoutes provided to us. In the spring of 2019 after submitting multiple drawing to the town (non of which were done correctly), we decided they were not competent to complete the job, and canceled it. We did not have a firm start date on the quote, only a verbal start date of "spring of 2019".Justin/JWC construction and I agreed to cancel the job (through text message) I asked what we owed in the event we did cancel, he wanted $800 for the time spent on drawings and site visits. We agreed to paying them $800 and gave him multiple ways to refund the rest of the deposit. After multiple text asking for the deposit back we received another $800 E transfer a few months later. Leaving the current balance owed at $4400. $6000 - $800 (agreed upon payment) = $5200. $5200 - $800 (first E transfer attempting payback) = $4400 still outstanding.I sent him an email of complaint on July 22nd, as requested by your processes and have not heard anything back. I have since text multiple times asking when we would get another transfer, offering to set up a repayment plan, and have only been met with rude comments or no reply at all. (PDF of all text messages will be attached) II have addition documents of text msg's and quotes but cannot attach them due to file size limitations.

Justin and team rebuilt some lost trust in the home repair world for me. I contacted them based on the reviews, (never met him, all communication was via text) they did what they said they would do and when. The work looks great. Honest, clean hard workers around my home, very fair pricing too. I would very much say give these guys a try, you will be happy. Thank you Justin Joe

Justin removed my old deck boards and replaced them with composite Trex composite. Justin was very patient and assisted me in selecting the colour. The project was done with expertise and professionalism! I would highly recommend JWC and will be contacting him again next year for another project.

Project Details: - Complete deck tear-down and rebuilt two tier deck with waterproof roof structure - glass panels and LED lighting - Front, back and side garden weeding/barrier and new mulch - Positioning armor stones - Sealing three seperate stone patios front and back - Custom sandbox cover - Pond re-model - Tree removal Justin and his crew were great, and always extremely courteous. This was a massive job for them to handle and it was bigger than originally planned due to some rotting posts. We had planned to do some landscaping and refurbish our two tier deck…as it turned out, we had to redo the whole deck itself. Justin quoted very fairly, knowing that this wasn’t part of our budget. He was also very accommodating when it came to our many questions and modifications along the way. This was our first real experience with a landscaper/deck builder, so I didn’t realize how much weather affected things. We were delayed multiple times due to weather and other jobs on the go (as he was trying hard to fit us in) so we missed a couple of deadlines to have things completed. The overall product is beautiful, and they did a great job with our backyard – The process itself was difficult because Justin lost some key people from his crew and that caused a ripple effect for the project. Here are the highs and lows: Highs -Very professional staff -Extremely polite and courteous, especially with our young kids always playing -Always cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day -Hard working – They worked through numerous 40c days! -Beautiful finished product – Deck & Gardens -Adaptable - always willing to change / modify -Very good price Lows -Not knowing when it was going to be completed - Understandable due to the size and scope of the job though. -With other jobs on the go, we initially didn't know when they'd be there day to day. He did address this concern however and gave a status update each morning which was very good of him. -Missed deadlines. -Having to redo some garden sections. Overall, we’re very happy with the outcome. All of the above issues we encountered are learning experiences for JWC since this was maybe one of their most extensive jobs during a difficult summer (weather wise). Justin still needs to come back for a couple of small touch ups and he is always keeping me up to date as to when this will happen. Thanks Justin, we appreciate the hard work you and your crew put in and we are loving the space you created : ) A solid 8.5/10 !!!!

Justin and his team were professional and polite. They did an awesome job on our fence. They did exactly what was quoted. Weather wasn't on their side but it was worth the wait. Great job guys!! Will be hiring them again.
