AHS has done it again! I have used them for a few small projects in the past and this time it is for adding an outdoor pool shower room. Mykola and his team are very good at what they do from start to finish. Project was build on time and on budget and Mykola was very attentive and detailed on what we want. Quality of work as usual is superb and they kept the area very clean after the project finished. I will definitively 100% recommend AHS for their service and their quality of work! Paid for the upgraded driveway sealing. This package per their website and invoice, includes crack filling up to 20 linear ft before sealing. This is a 2 coat sealing, so per the invoice, per their website, 1st day cleaning (not done), crack filling (not done), taping the boundary (done), sealing (done). 2nd day cleaning (had to remind the individual that they did not clean the day before and hence has a lot of missed spaces where sealing was applied - led to them cleaning first this time), crack filling (not done), taping the boundary (done), sealing (done). At this point I noticed that they don't care about the weather, if it's going to rain or not they will get the job done to make sure money is collected. After a week I noticed the cracks and gave them a call, they were surprised that I was calling about a warranty claim (this upgraded package comes with 2 year Warrenty on their website and invoice). I asked them about the cracks being missed, they asked for picture proof (100% valid ask), I sent them the pictures, 2 weeks no response, so I called them back and they said "yea I guess the person missed doing the crack filling, we will schedule something soon" 2 weeks no response, so I called again, and they said yes it's tomorrow and after 2 hours I received an appointment confirmation email. Person came did the filler, and 1 hour later the rain washed away the filler. It was forecasted to rain the whole day and next. This is long story, but what I realized that sealing is a side hustle they do vs their main work. They have a lot of positive reviews, but most seem to be for big jobs. I don't know I was expecting a bit more professionalism seeing such high reviews. I am not going to name the manager nor the person who did the work, but I can and I can upload the video and the invoice of the work. Just hope they do better Update: the manager spoke to me and have put his best foot forward in rectifying the experience. It is very much appreciated and shows that there is a level of care and effort to right the wrongs. I am changing my review to account for this effort to make things right. Also surprised as very few companies would do this. Thank you

We contacted Action Home services to renew our front yard. We completed a retaining wall, interlocking, porch, stairs, and railing and repaired our existing fence. The job was terrific. The quote was highly competitive, and the crew completed the work in the time expected. They also stayed overtime if needed. Mykola followed up with us every day and was very attentive. He provided immediate solutions in case some changes had to be made to our original plan. The crew and Mykola didn't just do their best, they went above and beyond to meet our needs. We will contact them soon to start a new project

The work on our front stoop and rear porch and fencing exceeded our expectations. Our project manager, Anton Chan was reliable, professional, patient and always responsive to our needs. He never made us feel anxious or concerned about the projects success despite our relative inexperience with home renovations. We would recommend Anton to anyone and would work with AHS again.

I had multiple quotes for a project that involved some demolition, removal of old interlock, re-grading, and application of new concrete and some brick repair. To make a long story short, the outside of my house looks great, feels water proofed and clean. Project work looks great and the space feels a lot more like home. Fantastic job by the whole crew from project estimate process, and the work being done. Big shoutout to Dmytro (sales), Mykola (project management), and Anton (project lead) and the rest of their crew. All amazing guys and very respectful/hard working - you don't find workers like this anymore in Canada whose passion is building great things. Honest and reasonable too. I highly recommend this crew in particular and the service provided.

We recently had the pleasure of hiring Action Home Services to replace our asphalt driveway, extend it on both sides, and completely revamp our landscaping with a fresh design and new plantings. Action replaced a collapsed retaining wall with armor stone next to my backyard deck and added some stone steps going up from the deck to the backyard. Project was done quickly and looks fantastic. Esteban, our project manager, and Jonathan the site foreman were professional, extremely courteous and I have to say- they moved A LOT of rock in a short amount of time. Great job! This was our third project with Action and we'd happily use them again.

We did a lot of research before deciding to hire Action Home Services. There are any number of stories and reports where contractors either don't do what they say they will or when the time comes to start the work they are nowhere to be found. Action Home Services have proven to be trustworthy. While they certainly aren't the cheapest, the work done was quality work. The scope of our project included a complete renovation of our backyard. New flagstone porch, flagstone walkway, a cantilevered pergola, new garden beds, a new fence, plants, outdoor kitchen, new lawn and a garbage receptacle to name a few things we had done. We worked with our designer, Kin, who helped to draw up a number of different designs to bring our vision to life. There was a lot of back and forth and he was patient and took the time to listen to our needs and made sure we were happy with everything before the work started. As with most projects we added scope along the way and Kin was great each time at helping us visualize everything, sort out the quotes, and schedule the work. Once the design was settled we worked with our Project Manager, Rinat, who did a fantastic job at executing the intricacies of the project. We have a discerning eye for detail and I'm happy to say that the project team did a great job at delivering the quality that we expected. Where there were deficiencies we reached out to Rinat who always quick to organize fixes and would follow up to ensure we were satisfied with the final products. From the stonework to the wood work we are just so pleased with how everything turned out. My recommendation to anyone looking to get work done is to give yourself a long lead time and set your expectations accordingly as it took a few months for us to get on the schedule and to get shovels in the ground. I realize now that this is the nature of the industry but the wait can be a bit long because you just want the project done quickly and to enjoy your new space! In short I would highly recommend Action Home Services, Rinat and Kin especially, to anyone looking to get work done on their home. The whole Action Home Services team has earned our future business.
