We are very happy with the project of our backyard patio. Excellent communication, outstanding quality and craftsmanship. The whole crew showed always on time, worked very hard and made sure the place is clean and safe after each shift. Kosta and Nikolaj are very detailed oriented and the results are always to the highest standards. Along the whole project they offered great advice and suggestions which were very clearly communicated with us.

Action Home Services was very reasonable, especially that I’m on a pension. They were quick to respond and I was able to get an appointment within only a few days. I was so grateful that I was able to get the job done before winter:)

A beautiful job by Action Home Services replacing our rotting and sagging wooden retainer wall and restoring our sinking interlock bricks. I really great company. Courteous, responsible, respectful and great work at a fair price! We especially appreciated being kept up to date on appointments and work schedules. We were never left wondering where the tradesmen were, as is so often the case. Thank you!

After reviewing a few companies including options and costs, we cautiously proceeded with AHS but I would have to say that it was an excellent choice. We are very happy with the project results and the schedule and pricing was fair. The customer service and professionalism is superb and our experience with the team including Renat and Angelo was great. We would certainly call on them again for any additional future projects and would recommend them to others.

Overall very satisfied with the work done. We are 1/2 way through our project since we've decided to do all the planting and final touches in the Spring of 2022. The crew is one of the hardest working people around, which is rare to find. The demolition and following stone work went well and as per schedule. We are looking forward to the final phase and completion of the project next Spring. Very excited!

We had water getting into our basement through a gap along our founda during major rainstorms. We had a hard time finding a contractor to seal the gap between our house and driveway, as well as between our foundation and concrete walkway. I was very happy when Kyle said they were able to do both, and quoted a price lower than the other quotes we were able to get. The worked quickly to clean out the gap, caulk/seal it, and also explained how we can maintain the seal every few years. We're very happy we were able to get it done to keep out water and the unsightly weeds that make their way into the crack over time.

I hired Action Home Services to help me remove an old wooden deck and install a new stone patio and privacy fences in our backyard. I am very satisfied with AHS for the following reasons: * cost includes design advisory services * fair (but not cheap) pricing * professional and collaborative at all times * answered all my questions and had no problem with edits or additions to the project along the way * clearly experienced * when collecting quotes for the project, AHS was the only contractor to include retaining walls, water drainage as part of their plans I would not hesitate to hire AHS! I have hired many contractors over the years, and would not hesitate to hire AHS again.

After a year and a half of searching, dozens and dozens of consults and a range of pricing from 80-350k, I finally found the strongest team in the province. Seriously, stop wasting your time with anyone else. Renat, John, Other Renat, Kin, and the rest of the team were freaking amazing. I had initially hired an expensive architect to complete an initial rough design only to be walked through all the reasons that, while doable, perhaps a sunken dining area under a tree wouldnt be the most comfortable and easy to clean area once the leaves started to fall. I trust them completely, and will only ever use them in the future. I now realize how rare it is to find an ethical, reasonably priced organisation like this that can pretty much do anything. They freaking nailed it, and came in under budget. Before and after pics, still don't do it justice. Can't wait to get started on the front.

This is the second time we hired AHS. They are always precise, fast, direct and have a fantastic quality control on what they do. They will always have us as returning customers..
