Action Home Services did a very good job and a great price. And they even took did some extra work not in the contract, putting some of the leftover sod in a few cleared spots in our lawn we were planning to sod ourselves. Very nice of them!

We found Action Home Services on Homestars and decided to get a quote from them and two other companies we found. John came right away, listened to what what we wanted, took measurements and explained how they would do the project and got back to us with a quote the next day. His price was by far the best from the other quotes we received and we liked how professional they were. Eugene came with his crew and got the job done in two days. Excellent work!! Two services were performed by Action home services company: driveway interlocking and fence repair. Positive and knowledgeable managers, great customer service, unique approach to us - that's what have got. I would like to highlight that they followed up on us once work was done (approximately in 2 weeks). Fence - looks like it has never been broken. Before selling my beautiful house, my wife and I deccidedbto invest some money into backyard landscaping to increase its value. We hated Eugene for the second time because he did a great job with our current house's backyard. As always everything was on time, operating according to specific schedule and plan, hide materials selection, and quality is A+. We were lucky because Eugene already knew what we like and what we don't, so it allowed their team to finish even faster! A+ job

Just got my driveway sealed 2 days ago. Honestly, there is not much to say. Work is done fast, no mess, friendly sealer, affordable price. P.S. What I really liked is that they marked the fresh are with the red tape so everyone can see that you can not step on it.

Requested a quote for replacement of an old concrete porch roughly 110-115 sq. ft. John came out to view the job within days and sent me a quote the same date. The guys were out with 3 weeks to complete the work. The finished product looks great, we're happy with the work.

Winter is finally over. So we have finally decided to hire someone for our new swimming pool coping installation. Browsing through home stars, we found this company and decided to get a quote. My wife called in and we met with Eugene and John in 2 days. We liked them from the beginning as it was easy to tell that they know what they are talking about. Eugene showed me different coping design options and John explained me installation stages. We negotiated the price and selected a coping style. Work started. In 4 days, the work was over. Our swimming pool got a brand new look with this new coping. Very beautiful. Knowledgeable and friendly installers. Eugene and John were always at the scene. That's what we really liked. Great work guys. Very happy

Interlock repair around the property was needed. Figured it would be good to repair the driveway as well as get new front steps as the original concrete steps were sinking. Glad I selected AHS for this job. John was knowledgable and professional from the initial estimate to completion of the job. Had 2 teams of employees work on the job - took 6 days working 12 hr shifts. They were all respectful and as noted, hard working, along with a manager Kyle and other manager Eugene. They even relaid a section of interlock again due to weekend frost sinking the section after I noted this to John. They also made sure to check the existing base in each section - to which we were fortunate to find out after recent rain that there was water underneath the improper base of the original driveway. That said, even with added cost, it made sense to properly do a good base then added new stones on top. Came out a perfect match with the new front porch thanks to John’s recommendation! Overall, very satisfied with their work and have comfort in their 3 yr warranty for repair work and 5 yr warranty for new installations, and will contact them for potential future work!

We have a small Toronto backyard with poor access. The opportunity arose to use our neighbor's property for a few weeks to renovate our backyard. We decided to make the most of it and splurge on a complete makeover - demolition of the existing deck, fences, shed and makeshift patio and construction of new fences, deck, stone patio and garden beds (basically replace everything). We had some contractors take a look and give quotes, Action Home Services was the only company willing and able to do the whole job and their quote was lower than hiring separate companies for the carpentry and the stone work. Jon helped us plan our project, gave detailed cost estimates and options to stick to our budget of $30k and booked us for the beginning of the season. When spring came and the crew showed up to start the job I knew we had made the right choice. The Action team got down to business in a hurry! From the demolition through to the end of the job the Action team brought enough guys to keep the project advancing quickly. At each step of the project Jon was checking in with us for input and to offer options. We had a vision and Jon was determined to make it happen. Our head builder was Nick. He has tons of experience and does excellent work. The whole team were friendly and polite, they showed up on time really took pride in doing a good job. When the job was nearing completion and our backyard was looking great, we took Jon's advice and added some lighting, it was great idea. We love our new backyard and can't wait to fill the flower beds with plants. We also love the custom bartop railing and metal-edged flower bed. The job came in a week ahead of schedule and bang-on the budget. I HIGHLY recommend Action Home Services. These guys exceeded our expectations and I would absolutely hire them again.
