From start to finish the consultation, installation and after sales service were awesome. Alex explained the process and the different levels of window products available with clarity , professionalism and ease. He also brought to our attention the Ontario Rebate Program and is handling all the paperwork for reimbursement. He was patient when many questions were asked and responsive to calls. The installation team worked so hard, were efficient, cleaned up and did an excellent job. And most importantly I love the windows!

The sales and service staff were great. Installation was hassle- and worry-free. Our salesman, Alex, was friendly and not heavy-handed at the time of the quote. He waited, patiently, for us to make a decision and helped us save money once the Province of Ontario introduced its green initiative for window replacements. All in all, a first-rate experience for us.
