Best experience ever with appliance repair company. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and fair. I will most definitely recommend everyone to them. I'm so glad my friend recommended them to me for my washing machine!

We call Serge Myshkin (Tri City Quality). He come tomorrow morning and replaced heater.Although it was Friday afternoon, he promised to come tomorrow (Saturday) morning @10. He arrived just in time, as promised. Just professional.

I had another company pull a no show to repair my tenants stove. I called these guys quite late in the day but they were able to send out a technician who arrive right in the middle of the appointment window they gave. He spent about 30 minutes diagnosing the problem and promised to call back a day or two later with a quote once he had sourced the needed part. It turns out they no longer make or sell that particular part and they were unable to complete the job. I asked about their policy of refunding in any case where they cannot fix the issues and they agreed to honor that policy and refunded the $112 callout fee.

We called Maple Leaf Appliance Repair and had an appointment set for the next morning. Roman was the technician that came to repair of freezer today. He was prompt, professional and very good at what he did. He explained the problem, and how he was going to fix it. The service was exceptional and the cost for the repair was less that I had expected. There were no hidden fees or surcharges. Overall, probably the best experience I have ever had with an appliance repair. Great work.

Machine not draining properly. Error message occurred. Tried to clean filter and other areas with no effect. When the technician came he immediately disconnected the hose that attached to the sink drain. He removed blockage and machine worked well again.

Great fridge repair and service! Communication was excellent and the tech was extremely knowledgable and fixed our fridge promptly. More than that, he diagnosed another problem and helped us find a part to correct it on our own. He was pleasant, kind and knew what he was doing.
