    HRV and duct cleaning

    *Duct cleaning and furnace area cleaning, plus HRV balancing.* I would highly recommend Healthy Home Center for their excellent service. We needed to have the air ducts cleaned and the furnace area cleaned. I made the appointment for the inspection and everything was very professional, during the inspection, the inspector realized that the HRV was not balanced and should be adjusted. I received the estimate the same week and the work was done a week later. They used a natural product to clean the furmace area, as well as vacuum cleaners and special equipment to contain the dust. The result is not only visible, but can be felt in the environment. Thank you very much for your excellent service.

    Basement Water Damage

    Water collected under stairs in the basement after a storm. This happened almost a year after Healthy Home had sealed our basement for leaks. We sent an email with pictures to Healthy Home and they came right away the next morning to inspect the water damage, under warranty. The cause of the water damage turned out to be due an overflow hose from a sink. Healthy Home promptly directed the hose into the floor drain and treated the area where the water had spilled out.

    Moisture Inspection

    Weve worked with Gabriel at Healthy Home Center in the past and so when we started experiencing a moisture problem in our basement, we knew to call him right away. He carved out time to visit us the next day and completed an inspection. He discovered what was happening and helped us fix the problem. We can always count on Gabriel. His service is excellent and we very much appreciate his expertise and concern. Additionally, we consult him when were about to construct something or finish a part of our house and very much value his advice and guidance. We highly recommend him and his team!

    Compassionate, professional service

    Gabriel from Healthy Home Centre was incredibly helpful to me as I tried to sort out an asbestos issue in my apartment. Other companies wouldn't test unless the landlord was present, or charged an exorbitent amount for a home visit. He was incredibly kind, even cleaning some precious personal items that had asbestos dust on them by hand. A true human being, which is so appreciated, and frankly, unexpected, in a business transaction. I was very touched. He also offered me the benefit of his advice on some follow-up issues by phone, which helped my landlords and I come to a long-awaited solution on how to move forward. Highly recommended. Thanks Gabriel, for such a appreciated and helpful service at a very stressful time.

    Crawl space

    Mold remediation & inner foundation crack repairs

    Above and beyond service! Very kind and accomodating crew, they comprehensively explain every step along the way keeping you in the loop, are always on time, and are very mindful of your space and preferences. They worked around my pet cats ensuring I knew when to put them away and when they could be free in the home. They warmed us on the one day we'd need to evacuate for a few hours and gave us time to make arrangements. My home has never been so comfortable, even when I moved in it wasn't this nice. I will be forever grateful to healthy home center for making my symptoms so much better! God forbid I ever have mold issues again I wont hesitate to re-hire healthy home center, and if anyone I know does I will suggest them in a heartbeat.

    Crawl Space cleaning

    After realizing our crawl space was full of old debris, mold and other concerns that were impacting our air quality, we reached out to Healthy Home Center to have it professionally cleaned. We were so impressed with Gabriel and his team, who worked diligently to clean it out while making sure all of the safety protocols were being followed throughout the process. The crawl space looked brand new by the time they were finished and they HEPA vacuumed our ducts, removed old insulation and went above and beyond to make sure any materials that were compromising our air quality were removed. They charged a very reasonable fee for all of the work completed and were very communicative any time we had questions or concerns. I would recommend Healthy Home Center to anyone who needs contaminants in their home professionally removed. Big thanks to the HHC cleaning crew!

    Air Quality Remediation

    We were very satisfied with Healthy Home Centre. We contacted them to address mold in our basement and other air quality concerns because we have a child with asthma and allergies. Within a week the issues had been assessed, quoted and remediated. Staff was very professional and friendly and communication was clear. We will do more work with HHC in the future and highly recommend them.

    Perfect service

    new flooring in the office

    The workers come in the evening before the job started and moved the furniture and packed boxes out of the office area. They called on the day of the job, big snow day, and confirmed that they were coming but were caught in traffic. They arrived, helped to clear the snow from the door, and got to work. They had questions and took time to explain why they were asking the questions. With the snow, they did get a late start and after checking to ensure that someone was able to stick around worked through to ensure that the job was completed to satisfaction and then moved the furniture and boxes back into the office. We love our floor - staff at Glebe-St. James United I love my new floor, it is asbestos free and no loose tiles to trip over - yeah!!!!!
