Kitchen Reno and hardwood floor install
MMR completed a remodel of our kitchen and installed hardwood floors throughout the main floor. The crew was extremely friendly and completed the job in the agreed upon time lines. Job site was kept very clean and they ensured we were happy with the completed project before heading out. We were very happy with the final project and have highly recommend this company to close friends.

Kitchen Renovation

Bathroom ceiling and general fix ups throughout home
Kyle was professional and efficient from our first contact. We have many projects that we need to finish over time. He quickly helped us prioritize what we needed to do first and gave us many great ideas for down the road that we can save for. He is honest genuine and hard working. He left our home in perfect condition tidying his workspace and completed the bathroom without a trace of dust. He gave us options and allowed us to choose the price point we were comfortable with. We highly recommend this company and look forward to working with them on larger scale projects down the road.

New Deck, Main floor renovation, Drywall work, Laundry Room
Brand new deck built (10' X 12'), installation of hardwood floors (approx. 1000 sq. ft), demolition and framing of remodeled main floor, new drywall installation and repair work, remodel of basement laundry room and storage area plus a number of other small jobs. Work was completed in a very timely manner and on budget. Employees were very professional and kept the job site clean throughout the completion of the work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for fast, reliable and friendly service.

It was bathroom renovation, they did new flooring, cabinet refacing and painting
They were very efficient and time was a factor for us and the job was done in a timely fashion to perfection! A great company to work with, I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. The finished product is stunning

Renovation, refurbishing and painting
Living in a designated 1850 Colonial country home requires craftsmanship of a high caliber. The gentlemen of MMR Building definitely understood and created a finished product to our exacting standards. A prominate two level focal staircase was refinished to its former glory. Crown molding installation, wall removal, plastering, extensive painting- all perfect! They were meticulous in keeping the job site clean and tidy, as we were living in the house through this time. They were respectful of both the uniqueness of the property and us as clients. Great job! Thank you so much.

Laminate flooring installation, second floor, including new baseboards.
I hired MMR Building Ltd to help me install new laminate flooring and baseboards on the second floor of my house, approx 800 sq ft. I had started the project on my own, even though I had never done it before. It took me 2 days to get the right equipment and only lay flooring in one of the 3 bedrooms. I realized it was going to take a lot longer than I expected and I was worried about doing something wrong. MMR Building Ltd was available and showed up on the third day to help complete the project over the next 4 days. It was the best decision I made because of the knowledge and skills they have that I didn't. Kyle worked fast and hard and knew exactly how to handle situations that came up, including thresholds, spindle banisters and installing a solid wood bullnose at the top of the stairs. He was friendly and accommodating to my questions and concerns. I was confident that MMR Building Ltd would complete the project properly. They will the first ones I turn to for upcoming renovations.

wainscoting, built a new addition (room) to the home, expanded cupboards, customized closets in bedroom and kitchen.
The work came out flawless the first time. I couldn't believe how accommodating and dedicated they were. They really cared about getting the job done right. I adore my home and how it turned out. I get compliments on the wainscoting every time I have company.

We are so happy to hear that you love your home. Your home is where you spend most of your time and if we can help to make it a space that you love - THAT'S when we feel like we've really done our job right. The type of Wainscoting used here is a very cost effective method to class up a space without breaking the bank. The panel trim moulding and chair rail moulding is simply applied right on top of drywall rather than having to spend the time and material to build out the whole lower wall with 3/4" material. This largely cuts down on the overall cost while still giving the same visual effect. We are so glad you enjoy the space!

Library wall with ladder, new flooring, new electrical
Jon and his crew took my vision and created a beautiful space in my home. It was a great collaboration with wonderful results. Pricing was fair, each phase of the work was completed in a timely manner, clean-up was done at the end if each day, and every small detail was completed to my liking. I will hire them again if/when needed!

Thanks for the response Janet! This was seriously one of my favorite projects to take on yet because I have always loved the way a cozy/elegant library unit makes a home feel. When Janet described what she wanted to do - it became an exciting process to take the concept and see it translated into reality. Janet's renovation was also a collaboration between our construction/renovation side of the business with the newer cabintry/millwork side of our company.
